Duplex apartment with stunning views of the sea and the Gulf of St Tropez. In the heart of a domain, of 25 hectares raised. (village spirit) Ideal for a relaxing or active holiday, many activities for young and old (wave pool, heated swimming pool from April to November) Tennis, ping-pong, football, basketball, children's area, nightlife, hiking trails , Japanese lake, spa-massage, etc.) the apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2wc, living room with fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, vitro, fridge, freezer, dishes and accessories) Wëber electric barbecue, reversible air conditioning, completely renovated in March 2018.

Rates include post-stay cleaning, however, the dishes and all appliances must be washed and stored and the barbecue cleaned, otherwise part of the deposit may be retained. Bed linen and towels available at extra charge, 14euros for 1 double bed, 8euros for a single bed, 3euros per bath towel and dish towel. The wifi is paying via the Pierre et Vacances connection.
The apartment can be rented for 4 nights minimum outside the high season, c is to say the 1 st October to 15 May
