Nous avons séjourné quelques jours en plein mois d’Aout et avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’appartement était conforme à la description : très propre, très fonctionnel, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain qui convient parfaitement pour 5 personnes. L’accès à la piscine se fait facilement. La piscine est très agréable : grand bassin, jacuzzi, toboggan, vagues,… des transats disponibles.Résidence sécurisée avec gardien et très bien placé à 15min du centre de St tropez (sans bouchon). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöner Balkon mit Grill und tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Der Pool ist super. Mit dem Auto braucht man etwa 10 Minuten zum Strand. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut fanden wir dass wir auf Deutsch begrüßt wurden und alles auf deutsch erklärt wurde.

Très bien équipé avec vue imprenable sur le Golf de ST-Tropez, l'appartement d’Alain bénéficie aussi d'une bonne situation géographique pour rayonner dans la région. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt an der Côte d’Azur. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, alles war wie beschrieben und bestens ausgestattet. Der Ablauf hat völlig reibungslos funktioniert, von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Urkaub Cote d'azur

Die Unterkunft lag optimal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben uns ein Fahrrad geliehen und sind damit nach Saint Tropez und zum Strand gefahren. Auch die Strandpromenade war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Poolanlage war sehr schön und auch das Programm dort war nett. Die Unterkunft bot alles, was man brauchte. Gerne wieder.

Magnifique séjour

Logement spacieux, climatisé avec une vue magnifique sur Saint Tropez. Le domaine est immense et dispose de plusieurs piscines, dont une incroyable piscine à vagues. Le propriétaire est très aimable et réactif. L'accueil est effectué par Anja: impeccable ! Le domaine est proche de Port Grimaud et d'une zone commerciale. La pâtisserie qui produit les authentiques tartes tropéziennes est à deux pas. La voiture est garée dans un parking souterrain avec emplacement réservé. Le domaine est à accès gardé, le personnel est à votre service. Nous avons tous adoré notre séjour.

Vacances en famille

Appartement magnifiquement situé dans un village de vacances. A quelques pas de la piscine et du magasin. Il faut conduire jusqu'à la mer car la route n'est pas adaptée aux piétons. En août, il y avait beaucoup de monde à la piscine. Mais nous avons toujours trouvé une place libre. L'appartement a une belle vue sur la baie de Saint Tropez. La communication avec Alain et avec Anja, qui s'occupe de l'appartement, s'est déroulée sans problème. A recommander sans hésiter pour des vacances en famille.

Je prends bien note de votre remarque et la transmettrai à notre personne de confiance sur place. Cela doit sans doute s expliquer par le fait que vous étiez les premiers locataires de la saison( mai 2021)et que votre réservation était de dernière minute ( veille de votre arrivée), ne laissant probablement pas suffisamment de temps pour fignoler la mise en place de l appartement vide depuis 6mois. Quant au tarif, il est très concurrentiel par rapport à la concurrence. Votre remarque étant la première en ce sens, croyez bien que tout sera mis en place afin que cela ne se produise plus.

Les Restanque ...

Kurz vor der Anreise bekommt man eine Nachricht in 3 Sprachen über den Ablauf, Ankunft und Gegebenheiten vor Ort mit Kontakttelefonnr. das klappt sehr gut! Die Anlage selbst ist wunderbar am Hang gelegen und fie Whg. sind meistens 2 Stöckig. Diese Whg. liegt in der Nähe der Rezeption und doch abseits vom Trubel. Die Kinderbetten sind schmal und in einem kleinen Zimmer (ca. 4qm). Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht (Kaffeemaschine, TabMaschine., Wasserkocher, Mikro, großen Kühlschrank, ....) und draußen steht ein E-Grill! Auf dem 2. Balkon stehen sogar Liegestühle. Rundum die Whg. ist sehr schön und 14 Tage vergehen wie im Flug. Einziges Thema, man sollte einmal den Boden nass aufwischen, da man sonst rabenschwarze Füsse hat.

Wunderbar

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Einrichtung ist gemütlich. Pool und Mini-Supermarkt sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Aussicht auf den Golf von St. Tropez ist wunderbar, die Poolumgebung mit verschiedenen Pools und Wellenbad ist perfekt für Urlaub mit Kindern. Meine 3 Kids und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Auf FeWo direkt wird angegeben, es sei ein WiFi vorhanden, dem ist aber nicht so. Insgesamt aber ein wundervoller Urlaub, ich würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Vacances au TOP!!!

Magnifiques vacances passées en famille avec 2 enfants dans le superbe domaine des Restanques de St-Tropez (à Grimaud). L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé, proche des piscines, commerce et restaurants (sans aucune nuisance). Magnifique vue sur le golfe de St-Tropez .2 Belles terrasses dont une couverte et appartement propre et très bien équipé. Un des rares dans le domaine avec climatisation (aussi bien dans le séjour que dans la chambre parentale). Pour nous c'est la 2ième fois et certainement pas la dernière. Vivement recommandé !!! A proximité de beaucoup de belles villes et belles plages de la Côte d'Azur. Propriétaire très sympa 😍👍😃

EXCELLENT

Nous y sommes allés 15 jours début juillet en famille. 2 adultes + 2 enfants. L'appartement est extremement bien aménagé! 2 salles de bains : très pratique! une terrasse équipée d'un BBK . Les banquettes du salon sont des lits très confortables et donc possibilités d'acceuillir 3 personnes de plus . Les piscines : il y en a pour tous les gouts : une calme , une animée.... Proche de la mer, de Sainte Maxime, St tropez ( en voiture ou en bateau)... Vraiment rien à dire sur ce séjour

Très belle prestation.

Séjour vraiment agréable. Le logement est assez grand (famille avec 4 enfants) et très bien équipé. Très propre, vue sur la mer, à 2 pas des piscines et commodités, un parfait cocktail pour un séjour réussi. Seule point à noter, accueil tardif+draps en supplément ... Sans que les lits aient été fait. Dommage.
