Fantastic recently modernised apartment in a great location in Sainte Maxime. Everything you could need for a short or long stay was provided. Patrick and Helene were very welcoming hosts and the apartment was immaculately prepared for our arrival. Secure basement parking was great for a small or mid size car. Very effective and comfortable AC in each room. Just be prepared for a substantial cash deposit to be requested, albeit a GBP equivalent was accepted. We would 100% return to this apartment and recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic Property, Great Location

We had a fabulous time on our family holiday in Sainte Maxime. The property was as described, very clean and everything we needed was provided. The location was fantastic, short walk to shops, beach, restaurants and centre. The pool and facilities were great. The apartment on the 4th floor was easily accessible with a lift and the car parking space was a bonus. Only downside was we were charged a 1000💶 cash deposit on arrival, which wasn’t advised on listing or at time of booking. All was fine, this was receipted and refunded no problem at check out but that’s a lot of cash to pull together on top of holiday expenses. We would definitely come back to this apartment, Helene and Patrick are lovely hosts. I would thoroughly recommend.

Hele fijne vakantie gehad in dit prachtige appartement. Locatie was fantastisch, op loopafstand van centrum, strand en supermarkt/bakker. Het was schoon en netjes, heel mooi gerenoveerd en had alles wat je nodig kunt hebben - zelfs een wasmachine. Wifi werkt goed en de airco is een uitkomst. Patrick & Helene zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam, vol goede tips voor activiteiten in de omgeving, restaurants, stranden, etc. Wij zouden zeker terug gaan.

Excellent séjour

Cet appartement tout juste rénové (avec goût) a dépassé nos attentes, il est parfait! Propreté irréprochable, literie confortable, clim silencieuse, parking privé sont quelques-uns de ses atouts...propriétaires charmants et très réactifs en cas de question. Situation géopraphique idéale à 2 mns à pied des plages et du centre-ville. A louer sans hésiter!
