Old Florida charm, right in the heart of Treasure Island. Close to resturants, entertainment, and the best white sand beaches the Gulf has to offer! 1 bdrm, 1 bath, Queen Bed with a great view of the Bay from the Master. Sleeper sofa. Kitchen with refridgerator, stove top, microwave, and dish washer. Nice heated pool, barbaque grill and cabana. Fishing dock with cleaning station, and a seperate dock to launch kayaks, boats, or paddle boards.

Absolutely clean and very quiet. People are extremely friendly and it was so nice just to relax.

We would definitely stay again. The people are very friendly and it’s a quiet location. We enjoyed the fishing off of the docks. Also enjoyed the cabana and the relaxation by the pool. Manger was very sweet and helpful. The owners of the unit were very nice as well and answered any questions we had. Our grandson had a fun time as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who just wants to to get away for some relaxation. The location is great as you are not far from grocery store or restaurants. You can choose to drive or walk. Very clean place. Definitely worth it😊

Great little home away from home!

Pat and Kims place provided a quite and clean space for me to enjoy a nice vacation! A short walk to treasure island beach and short uber ride to st petes beach!

Perfect location, very close to the beach. Felt very safe, a lot of families and kids in the area.

We loved the location, very quick walk to the beach and a short Uber ride to some of the beach bars on St Pete’s beach. We took a sunset cruise with sun coast sailing and got to see some dolphins! The property was great, all of the other guests were also very friendly. We did have a slight issue getting the TV to work one night, and no option for Netflix/Hulu but other than that it was great!
