Please remove your shoes and put on your flip flops because it is just a walk to the beach from "The Cozy Beach Getaway". It is nestled in between the Intracoastal Waterway and Gulf Boulevard, across the street from the beautiful white sand beach of Treasure Island. Enjoy the docile blue green waters of the Gulf. Fishing is steps away. Newly renovated, with fully equipped granite top kitchen, travertine shower.

The space
We have 3 separate units to rent at this location.
Two1 bedroom units and one 2 bedroom bungalow in the back. A courtyard in the middle with outside seating and grille is shared by units. Great for family reunions or weddings. All 3 units will accommodate 14 people comfortably.

Located a half mile from Johns Pass, this quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village is Pinellas County’s #1 tourist attraction. Over one hundred merchants inhabit the Village with unique retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Plenty of parking: There is metered on-street parking located conveniently throughout the Village, as well as a new state-of-the-art multi-level parking garage adjacent to Bubba Gumps and Hubbards Marina. Open daily!

Great location and very cute little place!

We loved the area! You had access to both beach and the inlet within minutes of walking! The beach was not crowded and very family friendly! Would definitely recommend staying here! The property manager was very informative, responsive and helpful!

Great Location/Clean Property/Great Hostess

Meryem was very hospitable and easy to contact. The location of the property is just a quick walk to the beach access. The property was comfortable and clean. It had everything my husband and I needed for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed the service from Meryem so much that we inquired about her other properties and booked a larger unit to return Labor Day weekend!
