The property is heavily wooded with garden areas and a gazebo with a grass meadow.

Perfect for a Work Retreat

We had a wonderful stay here for our HR Retreat. There was plenty of room for meetings and team building. The beds were comfortable and we were able to cook meals together and enjoy time together after "work." It was all perfect!

Cute historic property

The hosts were wonderful and very easy to communicate with. We stayed there for a conference and had multiple places for people to sleep. It was a cute place to stay in Fort Worth and definitely had that FW feel, which added to the experience. I recommend staying!

We had 19 in our group; all slept comfortably and the living spaces held everyone; the side yard with the gazebo provided room to unwind, relax, and play washers; the courtyard between the main house and the carriage house provided a great outdoor area.

Awesome Fall weekend retreat for our nonprofit group of 20 ladies! The place is exactly as pictured but even better in person. The house is full of charm and so welcoming from all the little touches to the decor in each room. The gardens were lovely all lit up at night, and sitting outside at the patio was so relaxing. The dining room accommodated a place for all of us to eat, socialize and play some card games. The house is very close to the Stockyards and restaurants. It was a perfect weekend for us. Imagine staying in a house with so many women and no one complained! We will definitely be back again. The host was excellent at communicating and very timely with responses. A pleasure to work with.

Great experience. Loved the house and the location, easy access to main roads and shopping/food as needed. Such a tranquil and beautiful place, relaxed us ALL getting ready for the big day which went off without a hitch. Had plenty of room for the kids bouncy house and the Taco Truck for the rehearsal.

Just what we needed!

We needed a space to house our large group since we were in Ft. Worth for several days attending the FWSSR Open Cattle Show. This house did not disappoint. Plenty of space inside and out for all. I loved the fact that it had a large enough dining space to accommodate all of us so we could sit down for at least 1 meal all together. Great people to work with and we would definitely book again should we need the space!

We loved this home and the grounds the minute we saw it. In fact, we bought it the next day! You feel taken away to another time and place while on the property! Proud to be a part of the up and coming River East development. In an older, transitioning neighborhood--3 lots, over 100 oaks trees feels like an oasis once you're on the property.

What makes this property unique

You will love the location of this home. So close to the center of Fort Worth, yet sitting in a neighborhood on almost 2 acres. The home is surrounded with huge oak trees and lush garden, park-like grounds.
