What an incredible property. The hosts are such amazing people. This home is filled with gorgeous antiques & furnishings. The beds are all wonderful. Lots of dishes. Fully stocked house. Super easy checkout. Gorgeous grounds & patios (we didn't use because it was hot). Lovely neighborhood. Easy drive to the convention center. Lots of parking. Just one note if you are staying in the carriage house the downstairs and upstairs are connected by an outside staircase only. It was perfect for our group.

About the host

Hosted by Martha or Lance Linnartz

Host profile image
We are native Texans who thoroughly enjoy offering true Texas hospitality to our guests.
Martha has hosted guests from all over the world for 29 years offering true hospitality. Her son, Lance, is co-host for Historic Azalea Estate.

Why they chose this property

We loved this home and the grounds the minute we saw it. In fact, we bought it the next day! You feel taken away to another time and place while on the property! Proud to be a part of the up and coming River East development. In an older, transitioning neighborhood--3 lots, over 100 oaks trees feels like an oasis once you're on the property.

What makes this property unique

You will love the location of this home. So close to the center of Fort Worth, yet sitting in a neighborhood on almost 2 acres. The home is surrounded with huge oak trees and lush garden, park-like grounds.
