Located on the windward side of the island, Blue Karma is all about a beautiful beach, palm trees, wildlife and relaxation!

With Blue Karma, you get a spacious 2,000 SQ. FT., 2 bedroom house with a private beach. With the additional queen-sized, fold-away beds, you can actual sleep 8 people comfortably. Check-in is at 3:00PM and Check-out is at 12:00PM. Starting at $200.00 per night you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking, rock climbing, bird watching and much more. Or just relax on the beach during the day and dine away at night. Your vacation, your way!

Your stay at Blue Karma can be customized to your personal preference. We can have a rental car waiting for you when you land at the airport. We can pre-stock the refrigerator with your favorite foods and beverages.* We can also pre-book your diving, spa and meal plans at the local dive resort. If your unsure just ask!

The home welcomes you with constant ocean breezes outside and Central Air Conditioning inside. You will have access to NYC premium cable, Apple TV, Netflix, Xbox, etc. You will enjoy toll free calling to the US & Canada. Strongest home WIFI network on the island. The cottage is equipped with luxury genuine leather couches in the living room and brand new furniture in the master bedroom. Washer and Dryer included.

A variety of five (5) bikes are included with the rental in the spacious garage. You have your choice between mens and women's mountain bikes, beach cruisers and a child size bike. You will also find a variety of board games, full sized corn hole and snorkeling gear waiting for you. The beach is equipped with full-sized hammocks and chaise lounges for your whole family. There is also an outdoor shower, double BBQ grill and scuba gear rinse station located in the backyard.

Excellent location, right on the beach, with no neighbours on either side. Very private. Very clean. All appliances, including washer and dryer work well. Plenty of beach towels. Sitting on the deck with the wind blowing through the palm trees couldn’t be more pleasant. Very close (approx. 8 minutes) to dive operations and West End stores and restaurants.

28 Days of Sunshine and Easy Living

We just returned from a 28-day vacation at the Blue Karma. Our stay was our 4th visit to the island, our longest and our first at Blue Karma. We were impressed with the location as it was very close to ocean, and somewhat secluded. The nearest neighbor being some 100 yds away. The interior accommodations were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed with just about every cooking pan/utensil known. Dennis was very easy to deal with, as were the on-island staff who came to our rescue when we ran out of water. We made one call, and the problem was dealt with immediately and efficiently. And Dennis followed up with us shortly thereafter. We were able to work remotely while there, which presented no issues, as the internet speed was excellent. The toll-free telephone line to the US was a big deal for us as we needed daily contact with an aging parent (93). Overall, we were extremely pleased with Blue Karma and would like to return next year.

Ultimate Relaxation

This property is beautiful. It is one of the only properties with sand/a beach on the island, and it was private and quiet. Our stay consisted of laying in the hammocks under the palm trees while reading, listening to music, drinking cocktails and snoozing. Dennis was an excellent communicator through the whole process from before checkin to after we left. He gave us tips on places to eat and activities to do. Him and Dawns property was well equipped with everything (and more!) we needed for a week alone at the property. We were greeted by their management staff with a bottle of wine and tour of the house - the hospitality was excellent. The people of the island are very friendly and the local Caribbean food is delicious. The island is very small so we were able to take self guided tours to the caves, parrot reserve and the heritage/history museum of the island at our leisure and because there are very few tourists on the island (the few tourists we saw were there for the spectacular diving), we didn’t have to fight crowds. It was a perfect week of disconnecting from work and life’s attention. We would highly recommend staying at this property for those who want to get away to a very low key, but beautiful destination.

Great beach house!

We loved this beach house so much. It is exactly as listed. It is not "frilly" but is beyond adequate. Lots of towels and bedding, plenty of dishes/appliances and plenty of household essentials like toilet paper, trash bags ect... Both bedrooms had a private adjoined bathroom. Beds were plush firm and the pillows ok. AC Works well! What makes this place so great is the outdoors. There are 4-5 hammocks a lounge chair, and other furniture for outdoor relaxation. The hammocks are in the shade of the coconut trees, and honestly we rarely left them! There was other things we didn't really use such as bicycles, corn hole and snorkeling gear. Cayman brac is a small, quiet island. There are just a few restaurants and they seem to sell about the same types of foods. There are a few small grocery stores that had what we need, just cost a LOT! The ocean area in front of the house is "Rocky" but there is sand at the house and nearly to the ocean. I did snorkel a bit in front of the house and saw several fish species, but there were many sea urchins in the rocks/coral. I would stay here again for sure... Hammock heaven ❤️

I wear a lot of hats and presently I am a Utility Account Manager, Dive Shop Owner (www.elitedivers.com), Master Scuba Instructor and world traveler. When I'm not working, there is no place I would rather be than Blue Karma in Cayman Brac. At this point in my life, Dawn & I are lucky to spend about 5 weeks year there. We rent out the place throughout the remainder of the year.

Why they chose this property

I looked at all the available properties on Cayman Brac for three consecutive years. I would always come back to this one because it has the nicest beach on the island. It also just far away but still close to everything on the island. This beachfront property is also on the windward side offering constant gentle breezes. The sunrise is always visible from the backyard as well as a beautiful view of the Bluff.
