Spacious and beautifully decorated... Comfort is the priority at Sea fan Meadows.

My main house has 2 master bedrooms, 2 Baths and a study with a queen size futon. i do allow guests to drive my car, if guests are 5 or less. The car is not being rented, but allowed to be used. Please see my contract.

Large open rooms; showers so roomy a curtain isn't needed; the gourmet-level kitchen. Smart TV, Fiber internet - These are the highlights of the amenities awaiting you!

Relax by the pool. Cruise the coast or up on the Bluff by bicycle. Plan a meal around just-caught fish and locally grown produce.

You set the pace at Sea fan Meadows.

Wade off the beach to snorkel the near-shore reef, kayak out a short way to view the sea fan meadow, and the drop-off.

You'll gain all the benefit my families' 40 year love-affair with Cayman Brac.

Our location...Bamboo Bay; handy to everything on Cayman Brac... mid - island on the North shore, within walking distance of the main crossroad. The 150' bluff and settlement of Spot Bay to the East, sunsets to the West.

On 2 acres of property, attracting a flock of Cayman Brac parrots from the bluff to feed in the afternoon, Sea fan Meadows offers you a wonderfully private seclusion (no neighbors in sight,) while being handy to wherever you might (ad)venture.

Had a great week on Brac

The house is very nice - main bedrooms/baths are perfect. Patio and pool area was great after a morning of diving. Nice view during the afternoon, and great stargazing during the nights.

Fantastic Brac getaway

This was the second time staying at Seafan MeadowsThe house is perfect and comfortable. We met Jeffrey (property mgr) at the airport and everything went smoothly. I would recommend having WhatsApp, it makes communication easy.Nice house, relaxing patio pool, and a great property.Looking forward to a return next year

Nice accommodations with an awesome view

House had everything we wanted and having a car furnished allowed us to do all the activities that were recommended! So many things to do other than snorkeling. Weather was windy so lots of waves which made snorkeling very difficult so we did enjoy all these other activities.

Our first visit to the Brac

The house was lovely, with many amenities. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, and of course the pool and associated view. We are avid readers, and there are many books at the house. We have rented homes on Grand Cayman many times, and our visit to the Brac did not disappoint.

This place was in a beautiful private place. The beach was fantastic and the pool was amazing. The house was well stocked in the kitchen with spices and cookware. The layout of the house was spectacular. Lots of books and games to choose from.

Very difficult to leave

We loved our stay at sea fan meadows. 100% perfect private location and a great house where we could really unwind and relax. Extremely well stocked, and very comfortable and beautifully decorated house and gardens. Fantastic snorkeling right from the house - the sea fan meadow was incredible. Pool was great - heck, everything here was great. It was very difficult to leave and we are currently planning a return. The sunset and stars were amazing. The use of the car was an extra added bonus. Thanks Cha-Che!!

Seafan meadows

Beautiful home but practically no direct access to the ocean for snorkeling. There was only slippery and sharp coral. We had to travel to Scotts doc to snorkel. The good news was the availability of their Toyota suv made traveling around the island a pleasure.

Glorious Location

This home had absolutely everything we were looking for!*Extremely private location but well within an easy driving distance to stores and restaurants.*Lovely ocean vista! From morning coffee to a relaxing evening glass of wine the views are spectacular. We spent most of everyday outdoors lounging by the pool, snorkeling off the beach or just enjoying catching up with our dear friends.*This gorgeous home is extremely well appointed, both master suites have ocean views. The kitchen is a dream and has every utensil and appliance you could possibly want to use if you choose to cook and dine in.*Overall we loved the house and would definitely go back.Thank you Cha-Che for being a gracious and welcoming host, answering our queries in a timely manner and making your home available for others to enjoy!

March 2024 Holiday

We stayed at Sea Fan Meadows for 28 days and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The home was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The pool was a wonderful and easy way to cool off. We had a slight issue with the provided car but Jeffrey, the property manager, resolved it promptly. The library held a wide selection of titles, on many topics which we took advantage of. We would love to do it again.

Relaxing get-a-way

House is up to date, beautiful view, casual open atmosphere and great for families with children. Gourmet kitchen was well stocked with all the basic needs and fun to cook in. Grill outdoors over charcoal to the sound of the lapping waves and beautiful sunset. The water is clear with very good snorkeling right off the shore; however, the beach is not sandy and has an ironshore entrance. Kayaks were great to use when the water was calm (10 out of 14 days when we were there). It was great that the car came with the house. It was an easy pick up and drop off at the airport. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. He suggested an excellent captain for our trip to Little Cayman and Bloody Bay Reef.

Great Stay at Sea Fan Meadows

The home was even larger than we were expecting. We were a party of 6 adults and there was loads of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our evening meals. Books galore for any readers in the group. Drinks around the pool watching the sunset after a day of diving was very relaxing.We were able to snorkel the reef in front of the house on the last day and it was very good. Wish we'd had more time to explore it. Jeffrey met us at the airport with the vehicle as planned and Charlotte was very good at responding the the few inquiries I had. Thank you both very much.The 6 of us have agreed that on our next visit to Cayman Brac, Sea Fan Meadows is where we'll stay. We will be recommending it to friends coming here. Relaxation, Recreation and Romance

Thank you Cha-Che and family for sharing your beautiful home with us. The property was beautiful and peaceful, especially the gardens and the night sky full of stars was amazing. Looking up and down the shoreline we saw only vegetation, no neighbors, buildings, or people. It is the perfect place to drop off the earth and dream. My husband and I appreciated your well appointed kitchen and the very comfortable beds. The pool area is wonderful with its interspersed gardens, and it has great filtration and is well maintained. We enjoyed hiking to see the parrots in the reserve adjacent to your home and the Pioneer bakery down the road has the best coconut buns! Thanks for the tip. We saw bats, hiked several trails, enjoyed local fish frys with conch and cassava and some great dives. What a wonderful local, low key vacation. Thanks so much!

Beautiful Brac! Perfect House!

We (two couples) had a delightful week-long stay here! The setting of the house could not be better! Right on the Caribbean Sea it feels as if there is no one around for miles! The house has two primary suites with views of the water. An office with a futon makes it a 3 bedroom. Kitchen has cookware and serving pieces galore, along with a pantry that you should check before a grocery trip. Jeffery was very helpful and always available for any question. Cayman Brac was fascinating! We've been to Grand Cayman before. None of us are divers, though we do snorkel. The wind/waves were a bit much for us during our visit, but one of us enjoyed snorkeling off the house and Public Beach. Water shoes are a must as the house has a rocky beach as do many other snorkeling areas. Brac does have a few sandy beaches, including Public Beach. We enjoyed the caves and bluff as well as the many beautiful oceanfront parks and still had plenty of time for enjoying the pool and ocean at the house. We had a great week!

Perfect in EVERY way!

Our stay at Sea Fan Meadows exceeded our expectations. While the photos are great they really don’t do the place justice. This was our first visit to the Brac and we were surprised at how much the island had to offer... diving, snorkeling, hiking, rock climbing, caving, biking. Not that you had to leave the house to have a great time. The view from the house is amazing, especially the sunsets. The pool deck is only a few yards from the ocean. The house has everything you need including snorkeling gear, kayaks, board games, puzzles, cable, WiFi and bikes. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. We didn’t have a single complaint nor do we have any ideas for improvement. Derwin, the property manager, was readily available but we never needed him. Having a car included was a huge bonus! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation for family

What a wonderful home. From the ease of booking to our own reef out front. Cha-Che is an excellent host. She was awesome to work with and one of the best host my family has ever worked with. The house was just spectacular. Very private and you have you own reef to snorkel out front. We saw octopus, rays, a shark and so many fish. I would highly recommend Sea fan to anyone.

Our family loves to travel and adventure. When we discovered the option of staying at a private property our vacations came alive. The ability to get to know our destinations is so enhanced by the 'ground - level' experience. Just a few introductions to the local folk and we have the 'in' to share the news and stories that make each place unique and special.

Why they chose this property

We've been visiting Cayman Brac for over 40 years and have made so many dear friends on this 'rock' of an island. Having visited a fair number of other Caribbean islands we've come to realize that the Brac is truly unique as a destination. The isolation of the Caymans has encouraged a self - sufficient population of 'can do' people. There's never been a neighboring island to turn to during hard times. The combination of remaining a British Dependency and the more recent successes in off-shore banking and tourism has resulted in a standard of living that rivals any developed society. Education and civility are taken very seriously.
What really separates Cayman Brac, though, is that it has not been ruined by 'tourism development'... There have never been more than two modest resorts or the large condominium projects that can so spoil a culture. The people of the Brac are pleased to meet you and are glad to make your visit as special as their island home truly is.

What makes this property unique

This home and property are legend on the island! From the winding driveway (Why wouldn't you just cut it straight?!) to the massive roof beams... and 'so many windows!' When we realized it was time for 'a place of our own' we looked at every option, every property. Finding Seafan Meadows brought home the realization that we'd be hard pressed to better design our second home... and there's nothing even close in existence. Originally designed and built in the late 80's by architect Robert Poyas as his 'dream home,' every attention was made to the details that make it perfect. We took the attitude that since this is first and foremost our home, that we'd go ahead and furnish / equip it with that in mind. The result is that Seafan Meadows offers pleasant surprises everywhere you turn. You'll find everything you need... and more!
