Step inside and be welcomed by warm wood finishes, soaring vaulted ceilings, and expansive windows that frame the tranquil lake views. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd, along with a farmhouse-style dining table that seats eight. The adjacent living room invites connection and comfort, with a large sectional sofa, mounted TV, and panoramic views of the water.

On the main level, the primary king suite offers restful lake views and easy access to the heart of the home. Head upstairs to find two queen bedroom suites, plus a loft with two twin beds—a cozy nook for extra guests or little adventurers.

While the lower level is all about fun, it also includes three more sleeping spaces: two queen bedrooms and a bunk room with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, all sharing a full hall bathroom. Whether you're gathering for a game of pool, watching movies, or enjoying a quiet night in, there's room for everyone to spread out and relax.

Step outside to experience lake life at its finest. The private dock offers direct access to Lake Norman for boating, fishing, or a peaceful paddle in the provided kayaks. The covered porch is a serene perch for morning coffee or sunset cocktails, and the outdoor fire table sets the perfect scene for evening s'mores and storytelling. With multiple seating areas, both shaded and sun-kissed, the outdoor space is just as inviting as the interior.

We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Important Notes for Your Stay:
◘No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
◘Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
◘Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
◘No Events or Weddings We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
◘Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
◘Boat Dock Info
Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
◘Lake Levels May Vary
Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.
This property has roughly 30 stairs down to the dock which, may not work well for guests with challenges navigating steps.
