Un bel endroit calme et paisible.

J'ai passé un séjour chez Martine durant une formation.Je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de me dire que je reviendrais bien là en vacances avec ma petite famille. Cette petite maison est fort agréable, une terrasse avec vue sur un magnifique verger et au loin les champs. Que du vert quoi !!!... En fin de journée les oiseaux vous tiennent compagnie, ce qui n'est pas pour me déplaire. Bref je suis ravie de l'endroit et Martine est une personne charmante accueillante et très agréable. Bon séjour aux prochains !!!...

The property was exactly as described and the photos were spot on. The property is well maintained, with the addition of brilliant air conditioning being such a welcome addition. Martine is lovely. We do not share a language, but we had a lot of fun breaking the language barrier with a combination of hand gestures and new technology (Google). She provided us with fig jam and a constant supply of fresh figs, peaches and tomatoes from her garden. She lives next door but we never felt that this was an intrusion as Martine is extremely discreet. We would definitely recommend this as a holiday destination for people wanting to discover the region. Cognac itself is a small town but does play host to a collection of Cognac distilleries one of which we visited (Remy Martin). It is also well placed to visit some lovely neighbouring places such as Saintes and Angouleme. Thank you Martine xx

Ce gîte est situé entre champs de blés, vignes et jardin...Un endroit tranquille propice au repos et à la quiétude. Martine est charmante, souriante et discrète. Je recommande ce gîte parfaitement tenu, loin des bruits de la ville. J'Y retroune très bientôt.

Très bien.

Un bon accueil par Martine, une personne très sympathique et chaleureuse. Le gîte est très agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour son confort! Situé au calme et doté d'un paysage magnifique , on a du mal à en partir...

calme, espace et convivialité

venus chez Martine pour la 5ème année, afin de participer au tournoi de tennis de Cognac. Apprécions ce gîte au milieu des vignes et des tournesols...Changement cette année : Les sanitaires ont été modifiés: les WC sont maintenant séparés de la salle d'eau !!!! bravo... Martine est accueillante, souriante et à l'écoute comme toujours ! Merci et à l'année prochaine, nous l’espérons. A recommander bien sûr !
