Featuring 180 degree water front views of Lake Hartwell, this two story home features 4 private bedrooms, all with King size beds, plus 2 sets of bunk beds. Featuring a private oversized dock with year-round deep water access and 3 large private decks this house is perfect for enjoying a day on the water or sunset views.

This house is perfect for those CLEMSON alumni intown for a game or event, or for a quick trip to hiking/ rafting. Take advantage of the private dock with 2 kayaks, paddle board, and canoe on the lake too!

The upstairs interior features a large Great Room with open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen floor plan that has wood flooring and a stone wood burning fireplace, 65" TV with DirectTV satellite, Bose speaker, and unbelievable 180 degree lake views! The dining table seats 8 and a large kitchen island seats 4.

The Kitchen includes granite counters, oversized gas oven in custom stone surround, pantry, and all the appliances/ dishware you would need. Immediately off of the upstairs is an enormous deck that includes private screened porch, covered table area, and 6 burner gas grill. Satellite internet is also provided!

There are two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom features a King bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and master bath than includes private shower, jacuzzi tub, and toilet room. The guest bedroom upstairs also features a King bed/ dresser and has direct access to jack & jill bathroom. All bedrooms include new linens. All baths include new towels. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel is provided.

Downstairs features a large Media room with an oversized couch, an oversized chair/ ottoman, another 65" TV, and Bose speaker. It also includes a wet bar with sink, refrigerator, and ice maker, and ping-pong table. There are plenty of board games to enjoy also.

There are two additional bedrooms downstairs, plus bonus bunk room. One Bedroom includes full size King bed, dresser, and Bunk Bed with lower double bed and upper single bed. The second bedroom includes a King bed with dresser, and direct access to jack & jill bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to lower deck. There is also a bonus room that includes another set of bunkbeds with dresser perfect for children.

Downstairs also has a full Laundry room with washer/ dryer and utility sink.

The house features 2 decks that run entire length of the house overlooking lake.

All four bedrooms have direct access to these decks. There is also another large deck with table/ chairs lower down the hill closer to the dock. There are wood stairs and walks that take you all the way from driveway to the dock.

The parking area can easily accommodate 6 cars, and there is additional space at top of driveway in cul-de-sac for overflow if needed.

PETS and SMOKING are NOT ALLOWED! No weapons allowed. Must be 25 or older to rent.

Exterior of home is monitored by two Ring cameras (front porch & back deck) for security purposes. No cameras or surveillance devices are inside the interior of the home.
