Gentle slope to the private dock (re-decked 2023), great for fishing, swimming or kayaking. House is only 2 yrs old. Huge firepit area - great for gathering & roasting marshmallows. 3 kings, 1 queen, 4 single bunks and 3 full baths with all amenities needed for a great family adventure on beautiful Lake Hartwell. The house sits on 1.25 acres and has plenty of space for parking cars or boat trailers. Master bedroom is on the main floor, has king bed, it's own bath and huge walk in closet. Additional king Bedroom on main shares bathroom with queen bedroom also on main. Upstairs there is a loft with a foosball table as well as 1 more king bedroom, bunk bed bedroom with 4 single bunks and a shared bath with double sinks. 5 burner cooktop and double ovens in the kitchen. Weber gas grille on the deck outside. 4 kayaks and paddles are down by the lake, Make sure to bring life jackets!
