We have a person who cleans always before one arrival, we are very surprised for the fluffs… Regarding the wooden blind, you phoned us in the evening for telling us that the wooden blind fell down, and you told us that it was a pity to lose the view. Everything were closed at that moment. Just the day after, we could find one company that could go in 24h to repair it. We also phoned a person to allow you not to stay in the apartment waiting for the company and the time of repairing the blind. Unfortunately, the company couldn’t repair it because the blind was completely crashed and told us that the problem was probably leaving this heavy wooden blind at the middle with the large french window opened (it was nearly 4 m long and more than 2 m tall) so a bad use. However, they were able to take it up so you could see the view again. Only changing the blind is more than one thousand and two hundred euros. Nobody have had a problem before you with this wooden blind for ages but you. Even if it was a bad use we didn’t ask you anything but it was really unpleasant to hear you ask for a discount or even to pay you another place because the light woke up you early in the morning. We could not satisfy you at that point. Before that, you have asked us for restaurants and things to do and see. We have indicated you several options, and the only message that we didn’t reply was the one you insisted in demanding a discount. Even before you go away we answer you other questions... The deposit is automatically given you back after a week, this was in the conditions when you booked. We must not do anything for taking the deposit back if we find everything ok. I’m sorry that you could not have even one word of greeting for everything we did during your stay and that you have not experiment the same degree of satisfaction that all people who stayed before and after you.
