This was exactly what we were hoping for - somewhere in the heart of Old Town Annecy, with lots of room for our family.The apartment was in excellent condition and thankfully well stocked with fans to help deal with the heat.

This apartment was very nice. Can’t beat the location, right in the heart of so many activities. There are restaurants right outside the door. Short walk to the lake and park and gardens and shopping and grocery store. The kitchen was fully stocked. Apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. Situated in a very neat old building. To be aware of: parking is not free but it is pretty close Highly recommend staying here, we didn’t want to leave

Beautiful spacious apartment stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Perfectly located in the centre of the old town and close to everything, even train/bus stations. Easy walk. BYO tea bags and milk. If raining need to close windows which limits any fresh air. Rooms upstairs are hot and stuffy but fans available in each room. Easy access up to 4 flights of wide stone stairs but be mindful if have heavy luggage. Parking station nearby about 2 minutes walk. Our favourite accommodation in France!!

Located in the heart of the old town. Close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. 3 bedrooms. Great for a family. Only drawback is the 4 flight of stairs. But it keeps you in great shape while dining in wonderful restaurants.

Perfect spot

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in the beautiful old city, close to great restaurants, and bakeries. It’s an easy walk to the lake/swimming which the kids absolutely loved. Highly recommend renting a bike for a ride around the whole lake and discovering other swimming spots.

Danish family with twins age 18, travelling off season.Nice and neat appartment with the most central placement you can imagine - close to shops, restaurants, the lake and river.Parking close by where you can book for 3 or 5 days and drive in and out as you please. There is also charching for electric cars. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. Remark the one of the bedrooms is open to the living room, but it worked fine.We went there in March and the heating was good.As written in the description, the stairs to the 4th floor is fine, but not suitable for people with disabilities.Stephanie et Jean-Pierre has been very friendly and easy to communicate with in English. The check in procedure and the manual has been smooth and easy.We highly recommend the flat to other adults or families with children that are not too small.

Great Location/Great Apartment

My wife and I stayed with our 2 boys. Visiting from the USA. The apartment is very nice and was just as described. It is located in old Annecy and is walkable to the train station. Literally in the heart of all the best restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. Check in was super easy and communication with the host was fantastic. I would love to stay here again! Can’t recommend it highly enough.

great apartement close to the lake

the apartment is located in the middle of the old town, close to the lake. It is a great place for vacation but also great if you need to work. Quiet place, nice rooms, and they have everything you need there. Highly recommended.

Great place

The place is fantastic. However having to carry your luggage up the long flight of stairs was a bit of a challenge. Other than that this place is perfect location and unbelievably charming!
