My house is all welcoming, on the ground floor and contemporary!<br>You will enjoy life on the terrace in the shade of the oak tree while enjoying the heated swimming pool - swimming lane 12mx3m.<br>You will spend your holidays in a sun-drenched house with a kitchen open to the living space and terrace.<br>The three bedrooms are spacious.<br>The master bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room.<br>Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 will share the bathroom and toilet.<br>The equipped kitchen is brand new.<br>And supplied with all the equipment for the comfort of your stay: Nespresso, kettle, toaster, etc.<br>You will appreciate the calm of the garden, the sunny terrace, the vegetable garden, swimming on the beach, on the gulf side or on the ocean side, the splashes in the pool! <br>A stone's throw from the house is the Gulf of Morbihan with its pedestrian paths.<br>A five-minute drive away, you can go for a swim on the ocean side.<br>You will make day trips to Vannes, Carnac, Quiberon, Auray, or Guérande and La Baule. The following fees will be charged: Mandatory cleaning: 150€ Electricity and water corresponding to the consumption during your stay. A provision on charge of 100€ per week of rental will be requested on arrival. Sheets can be provided: 20€ per bed as well as towels 10€ per person.
