- 1 equipped kitchen (American fridge, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Wine cellar)
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 Laundry room (Washing machine, Tumble dryer)
- 1 large terrace with:
- wooden pergola,
- heated swimming pool 8.5mx4m (May to September depending on weather) and child safety with barriers, gate and roller shutter,
- 6 sun loungers,
- garden with barbecue and plancha,

- lead shuffleboard

You are ideally placed to explore our heritage and our coasts, La Rochelle and its beaches 15 min, Ré island 15 min, Fouras with view of Ford Boyard and ferry to Aix island 30 min , the island of Oleron 50 min, Le Marais Poitevin and its boat trips 30 min, and many other discoveries await you in our magnificent region of Charente Maritime (the Futuroscope of Poitiers 1h15).

Arrivals are on Saturday from 3 p.m., departure on Saturday no later than 10 a.m.

A deposit of € 2,500 (€ 2,300 for equipment and € 200 for cleaning) is requested on the day of arrival and not cashed.

Nous avons passés une super semaine Amandine et David ont été des hôtes trèsaccueillants, sympathiques La maison est spacieus et il ne manque rien au niveau des équipements.Les extérieurs sont au top, la terrasse est grande, le terrain de pétanque est dans le jardin donc pratique.la piscine est grande et sans vis à visNous avons pu visiter la Rochelle et l' île de ré et Fouras.Merci Amandine et David pour leurgentillesse et l accueil

Nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances. Amandine et David ont été des hôtes très accueillants, sympathiques et toujours disponibles lorsque nous en avions besoin. La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et ne manque de rien au niveau des équipements. Les extérieurs sont également très bien aménagés, la terrasse est ombragée, le terrain de pétanque nous a permis de passer de bons moments avec les enfants, et la piscine est parfaite et sans vis à vis ! La localisation de la maison est bien située : à 20 minutes de la Rochelle, à 20 minutes de l’entrée de l’ile de Ré. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans cette magnifique région ! Nous remercions Amandine et David pour leur gentillesse.

Vacances parfaites dans une jolie maison

Nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances avec les enfants. Merci à Amandine et David pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur confiance. Nous avons adorés pouvoir profiter tous les jours de la piscine. Tout a été bien penser au niveau de la sécurité. Le jardin est magnifique, nous nous sommes cru dans les îles, nous étions en total déconnexion. L’intérieur de la maison est superbe, nous étions à notre aise et au calme. Le beau temps était au rendez-vous et cela était appréciable durant notre séjour. L’emplacement de la maison est très bien et elle est bien située par rapport au centre ville de La Rochelle. Nous recommandons cette location à 100% et tenons à préciser notre satisfaction. Pour nos futures vacances, nous choisirons sans hésiter ce lieu de vacances.

Leuke en goed uitgeruste villa; wel jammer dat alle lakens en handdoeken moeten worden meegenomen.

Ruime woning met alle comfort. Minpunten is het terras dat geen regenbestendige overkapping heeft en geen speelgoed/boeken/ontspanningsmateriaal aanwezig was. Zeer behulpzame gastheren
