Sorede: All the charm of a Catalan village at the foot of the Albères massif, 10 km from the beaches of Argelès-sur-mer and the vermeille coast. In residence with swimming pool, tennis. Private parking space, 50 m² villa for 4 people, very well equipped with 170 m² garden, south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Not overlooked and quiet.
Living room with US kitchen, (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, TV, filter coffee maker, espresso maker).
Cellar (freezer, washing machine, iron).
Separate WC.
Floor: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 80 cm beds.
