Family Ski Break Feb 2024

For our family of 4 the property was exactly what we needed. Great location close to Combes Des Juments lift. Also connected to the town by the bus. The apartment is well designed cosy and well equipped. The hosts communicated well. We loved the place and the area. Thanks.

Parfait petit appartement

Appartement très bien rénové avec une décoration chaleureuse et de bon gout. Une très belle vue dégagée depuis le salon Très bien équipé, il manquera peut-être le WIFI pour les plus connectés L'accès se fait par un série d'escaliers, ce qui fait faire un peu de sport! mais qui rends cette petite résidence un peu isolée et donc très calme. parfait pour récupérer d'une bonne journée Un accueil efficace et à l'écoute en cas de besoin. Le garage est un plus appréciable A recommander chaudement

Sejour a la clusaz

Tres bon sejour a la clusaz. L appartement de monsieur et madame Burgat est vraiment tres bien agencé et tres agreable. La communication avec madame Burgat a ete facile et efficace. Je recommande a 100% ce logement permettant de passer de formidables vacances a la clusaz.

Bel appartement avec grande terrasse ensoleillée

Appartement très bien refait avec une ambiance chalet. La grande terrasse orientée plein sud nous a permis de profiter du beau temps toute la semaine. Un plus non négligeable quand le soleil est présent. Merci à Mme Burgat pour la prise de contact dès la réservation, et à Julien pour son accueil sympathique.

Joli studio bien aménagé, belle terrasse et belle vue. Accès un peu difficile (beaucoup de marches extérieures pour arriver à la résidence). Le propriétaire et la personne vous accueillant sur place sont sympathiques et réactifs.

Wonderfully decorated cosy apartment on the piste

We had a super week enjoying the luxury of this ski in-ski out apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated alpine style and had everything our family of 4 needed for a week skiing. The double pull out bed was extremely comfortable and the view that you wake up to every morning is stunning! We would definitely re-book, however If there was no snow at this level it would be very difficult to get to and from the ski lifts each day. It may be easier to use the car if that was the case. Thank you to our hosts for letting us use their apartment.

Appartement conforme aux descriptifs, aménagement de type montagnard de très bon goût dans les moindres détails- équipements très complets - une belle terrasse qui donne sur un magnifique panorama- à signaler les nombreuses marches qui peuvent être un frein pour des personnes à mobilité réduite

Petit coin de paradis décoré avec goût et en plus une superbe terrasse

Tres joli oli appartement en rez de jardin avec une magnifique terrasse bien équipée offrant une vue imprenable sur la vallée et entre autre le massif de l'Étale. Le logement a une décoration soignée dans un style "montagnard moderne" Le maxi lit de 160 cm légèrement rehaussé permet de profiter de la vue à traver la grande baie vitrée. Le coin enfant avec les lits superposés le coin tv avec ses livres et jeux de société à disposition n'est pas moin décorer que le reste du logement. La salle d'eau et la cuisine sont équipées des commodités actuelles ce qui les rends pratique malgres leurs petites tailles ( un micro onde manque pour parfaire on s'en passe rapidement) Avoir à disposition les nécessaires à fondue et à raclette est un plus évident. L'accueil téléphonique de la propriétaire et physique de Julien le concierge fût grandement apprécié. L'accessibilité aux pistes de ski/luge (quand elle sont ouvertes) est vraiment à proximité (5 à 10 m) 😊 Le seul petit bémol est le nombre de marché pour accéder au logement a partir des voitures ( mais le garage est fourni😉) Assurément nous reviendrons ici!

Bonjour, Très bonnes vacances à la montagne. Pour une première c'était super. Prévoir les chaussures de randonnée et un peu d'entrainement avant et ensuite tout se passe bien, les paysages sont magnifiques vus de l'appartement

Petit coin de paradis

Magnifique studio, superbement rénové avec de très beaux matériaux ce qui en fait un endroit convivial et chaleureux. La déco est top, l'équipement aussi. On ne se sent pas dans un appartement de location...Vraiment à conseiller! Seul petit bémol dont il faut être conscient, la petite centaine de marches pour accéder au studio (entre le parking et le bâtiment). Mais après tout on va à la montagne pour faire de l'exercice aussi! ;-)

Un séjour dans un magnifique appartement

L’appartement est magnifique aménagé et décoré. Les jours de beaux temps, son exposition plein sud le rend encore plus lumineux. L’accès aux pistes est très pratique sous réserve que la piste à proximité soit ouverte.

Très bel appartement fraîchement rénové, tour équipé (sauf lave linge et micro onde) mais largement suffisant, une grande terrasse donnant avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée, c'est juste magnifique :), La Clusaz est vraiment une chouette ville en été également.
