Nice stay…but

We had a nice stay, apartment is as pictured pretty much, where this place fails is communication with arrival and departure instructions. The night before arrival we just had to arrange to meet a lady for the key, had we been travelling and delayed in anyway I don’t know what would have happened! This was fine but language barrier was tricky.No arrival instructions at all, apartment was freezing, no instructions on how to operate the bed, no bedding, no hot water but worst of all NO instructions in any language to help you figure anything out. Got the bedding sorted out eventually but note towels aren’t supplied.Messaged owner, no response for hours. Shame as apartment is well located and spacious if not a little dated, bed was comfortable and once we got heat all was good but unnecessary lack of information for arrival and settling in, which was a shame.1 sheet of paper in apartment or an email sent before arrival would of avoided all this unnecessary distress. It’s also a shame the heating and hot water couldn’t have already been on for us seen as an extra payment had been made due to the increase we are all suffering currently for the cost of living

L emplacement du logement est idéal. Résidence sécurisée avec une concierge adorable. La literie est bonne et c est important pour bien se reposer. Kitchenette où il ne manque rien. Belle salle de bains.Nous reviendrons l année prochaine !

Petit studio propre et très confortable, proche du départ de ski et très bien situé dans le village. Nous avons apprécié de garer la voiture et ne plus y toucher du week-end. La literie est excellente (même si canapé-lit) et la cuisinette est fonctionnelle. Rien à redire. Merci

Je vous remercie pour votre bonne appréciation. Le linge n'est pas fournit, c'est mentionné dans le descriptif de la location. L'option de la location des draps et serviettes éponges est possible, il suffisait de me le demander. La personne qui vous a remis les clés vous a orienté vers le service de location au pressing du village.

Cet appartement aurait besoin d'un bon rafraichissement . Mais ce qui nous a le plus déplu c'est sa propreté. Sol, oreillers, vaisselle rien n'est vraiment clean. L'atout principal reste son emplacement.

Nous prenons note de vos remarques. Nous sommes toutefois très étonnés de certaines de vos critiques, notamment sur la propreté du sol. Nous arrivons en fin de saison et nous avions prévu un nettoyage de printemps fin mars. Tout sera inspecté, nettoyé à fond et/ou remplacé.
