Welcome to La Stella Marina located in the Silver Dunes Resort! This Boho Beach condo is newly renovated, featuring the comforts of home but decorated to feel like your own Beachside Paradise!

Silver Dunes Resort is truly a HIDDEN GEM in Destin that will make you want to come back year after year! A beautifully landscaped, and gated property that is family-oriented, relaxed and features a low density Private Beach. No more long waits for elevators or searching for your car in a giant parking lot at a high rise
Building. This convenient, ground floor unit offers parking at your front door, and is located steps away from the pool, green space, grilling area, laundry room and more!

The Gorgeous Primary Bedroom includes a King Size Bed with a Private en-suite bathroom, large closet and 55” TV. The Surf-themed Guest Bedroom includes 2 Full Sized beds, a double closet and a TV. There is also a pull-out, full sized sleeper sofa in the great room. The second bathroom features a large vanity, and bathtub/shower. Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings with family/friends on the covered patio with green space, pool, and ocean views. This is a NON-SMOKING UNIT.

The Kitchen is stocked with all new kitchenware as well as extras that include an Air Fryer, Waffle Maker, Griddle, and Keurig. The Kitchen Island seats 2 and the large Dining Table seats 6! Take a vacation selfie with our unique Destin Statement Wall in the Dining Room, and Hashtag #LaStellaMarina.

No chance of getting bored here! In the evenings or if it happens to rain- the TV credenza holds baskets of coloring books, crayons, board games, cards and more. Need a break from the beach and pool? Try a picnic on the beautifully landscaped, and unique green space. The Porch Deck Box also holds outdoor activities to enjoy that include Corn Hole & Badminton.

The Huge Green space offers lots of room for outdoor activities. Make new friends in the months of June/July by enjoying Monday Family-friendly Movie Night on the 16’ blow up movie screen, or Wednesday S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool!

Also featuring amenities such as Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard courts on-site with free check-out of rackets, balls and more at the Silver Dunes front desk! Stay active at the Fitness Center located in the Penthouse building – just stop by the front desk to borrow the key!

Silver Dunes Private Beach offers a Beachside Service during the months of March-November. Chairs and Umbrellas can be reserved on-site, along with Kayak & Paddle Board rentals. The beachside service also has a tv, bar, snacks and drinks! Or you can Utilize our Private Beach Locker stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach wagon to transport it all!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Silver Dunes and this ground floor unit. It’s nicely updated and so convenient to the pool, field to play, and beach. This was our second time staying in this unit and we will probably rebook again. Our only complaints- the primary bedroom bed is very uncomfortable and there is no storage in kitchen like several other units. Also, we would love the ability to have an earlier check in time. The cleaning crew was running behind.

I’ve stayed at Silver Dunes around 6 times/years and this was by far the best unit. Everything felt freshly renovated and new and decorated fun and bohemian. They thought of so many small details as well which we loved. It was so kind to include games/coloring books/crayons under the TV. Do wish the mattress was up to par with the rest of the place, it is wornnnn and wonky lol. But we managed. We will only be reserving this unit from here on out!

The only thing I didn't care for was that the community laundry room closed at 10pm. Not anything against the property, just my preference. Over would definitely recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Destin and we loved it. Our cousins go every year and we expanded the vacation to have even more family join in. Silver Dunes is a great oasis in the middle of a crowded area and makes the stay in that area worth it. The direct access to the grass area in the middle of the complex that opens out to the beach is perfect. The chair service on the beech is a great option that makes the experience even more relaxing. Our unit was nice but needed basic repairs to make it great. The toilet ran all night and we had to turn it off every night so it wouldn’t keep us up. The refrigerator also leaked water and the hot and cold water in the shower was reversed. The maintenance team was responsive but couldn’t fix the issues while we were there. The unit was clean, well stocked and was priced well, so not really complaining. Overall I give Silver Dunes a B+ and we will be coming back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was wonderful. However the water preasure in both showers were more like a trickle, and you had to fidget with the faucet in the hall bathroom shower in order to get hot water. There were 4 chairs on the patio, one was broken before we arrived, and one broke when one of us sat in it early on. So, 5 adults were limited to 2 patio chairs during our stay. The condo was clean for the most part, but evident that a thorough cleaning had not been done in some time.

Reviewer Comments: Our family - children, spouses & grandchildren - 14 of us all occupy 4 condo units at Silver Dunes and we gather in Unit 102 (the grandparents unit) for meals, visiting & playing games. Often we sit together out on the lawn in front of 104. This unit is beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture and it location is directly on the green-grass courtyard, close to the pool and only a short walk to the sugar-white sandy beach and blue gulf waters.
