Very nice house - well kept and fantastic location!!! As you might expect with an older historic home the upstairs bedroom was a big quirky but that’s part of the charm!!

Great setup! Everything we could need was provided. So many sleeping arrangements for a big family including a shower on first floor, so convenient if one can’t go upstairs. Communication with property management was excellent. Location was ok, not walkable to downtown but close driving distance. The neighborhood is not great but not terrible. Overall, great stay!

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful property while in town for a wedding. The house is absolutely gorgeous and we all agreed the beds were so comfortable! We had a car but walked everywhere as it is so close to everything, the communication with property management was some of the best I’ve had when staying at a VRBO. We would come back . Thank you

This property was perfect for our needs. There was room for 2 cars to park in the back. There are 4 large bedrooms with comfortable beds and 3 full baths with plenty of large, fluffy towels and the baths are nicely renovated and decorated. The main level is very open and has lots of comfortable seating-great for hanging out. More curtains are needed on the mail level as people from the street could see right into the kitchen window. Overall it was clean, a few minor areas that had been missed by housekeeping. The kitchen was stocked very well, although the dishwasher is not installed and we had to hand wash all dishes.The only reason I did not give 5/5 in each area is because when we arrived, the sheets on every bed were wet. We had to strip all of the beds and contact Host to get code to housekeeping closet for extra sheets. Additionally, the entry into the property was not 100% clear (there are keypads on back and front, we initially were trying to enter from the back where parking is). Also, wifi password was not in any of our entry instructions. I spent the first hour of our vacation making beds and communicating with host about entry and wifi. I would recommend this location

Beautiful Townhouse

It is a beautiful townhouse. When we booked I do not believe it was listed as a townhouse though. They have everything you need at the house which was awesome! Walls are very thin and the neighbors banged on the wall bc we were too loud. We were honestly not that loud and it was very early in the evening. We were listening to music on a medium level and playing a card game. Nothing crazy.

Great experience!

Beautiful property! It was the perfect spot for ten of us to stay for a girls weekend away. There was plenty of space for us all to hang out and we really enjoyed the property. Loved the porch area too. Short Uber ride from downtown area. Frank, the property owner, was always quick to respond and very helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The house was clean, really nice but also really comfortable, and beautifully funky! All the linens were high quality. Frank was so helpful and easy to work with! We would go back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely gorgeous home in the Victorian District. Beautiful antique pieces, a lovely patio and a fully stocked gorgeous kitchen were only the tip of the iceberg. The house was immaculately clean and our host (Frank) even supplied us with toiletries and coffee for the mornings. Our stay was worth every penny and we would love to return.

Home perfectly fit our needs!!

Our family was in Savannah for my niece’s wedding and Frank’s home perfectly fit our needs. The layout is very large for a 3 bedroom and we truly appreciated the three baths come time for primping. The kitchen is also quite spacious and has everything needed for basic cooking. We honestly didn’t have a single complaint. Thanks!
