In Normandy, between Avranches and Granville, Jullouville, sheltered by the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, is a seaside resort surrounded by the sea of the Channel.
This tourist resort par excellence, facing the Chausey Islands, is particularly known for its long sandy beach and its mild climate.
Jullouville lives to the rhythm of the tides, during which you can enjoy many activities such as swimming, water sports, at high tide; and shore fishing, beach games ... at low tide.
You can stroll along the sea, the waterfront, or take a walk "François Guimbaud" waterfront, a distance of 1.7 km.
Within minutes you will spend a seaside activity, getaway 'nature' by bike or on foot, to see horse in the countryside Bouillon and Saint Michel des Loups, the GR 223. Fields of Bouillon, from the tip of the Névourie, a wide panorama of the Bay of Mont Saint Michel offers the eyes; in good weather you can see Cancale and the point of Grouin (Breton side), Chausey, Granville and the tip of the Roc (Norman side).
Friday and Tuesday mornings in season, the summer market will enchant you with its smells, its flavors, colors.
