Normalement il n'y a pas de contrat puisque vous êtes passée par le site Abritel . Sinon tout est bien indiqué sur l'annonce . Vous demandez un ascenseur mais sur l'annonce il n'y a pas de citer .

Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Strand ist direkt um die Ecke. Kleines Manko ist die doch recht viel befahrene Straße vor dem Haus, wobei es nachts doch noch relativ ruhig war. Ein Balkon wäre noch ganz schön gewesen. Restaurants, Bäckereien und ein Supermarkt sind auch fußläufig noch gut zu erreichen. Preis/Leistung stimmt, zudem ein netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern.

En fait, cet appartement n’a pas de balcon contrairement à celui du 01 étage, mais le prix n’est pas du tout le même l’autre appartement est de 70 m2 . Mais c’est bien celui que vous avez choisi sur le site !

Le + : tout près de la plage. Parking près de l'immeuble. Proximite de Granville et Mt St Michel. Le - : Emplacement bruyant donnant sur une grande route passante. Couchages (matelas) à revoir.

le séjour était d'une nuitée uniquement Nous ne faisons pas chambre d'hôtes ; ménage pas fait ; 3 h de retard par rapport à l'arrivée qui avait été convenue ( non prévenu du retard) ; il a fallu faire les lits car les personnes n'avait pas le linge de maison et pensait également qu'il aurait fallu des ingrédients dans le réfrigérateur ( rien que cela ) Apparemment c'est ce qu'il se pratique aux états -unis ; bref pas du tout sympathique !

L'appartement est certes fonctionnel mais nous avons été très déçus par: - des charges supplémentaires m’ont été demandées. Leur montant était supérieur à ce qui avait été présenté dans le contrat et lors de nos échanges téléphoniques. Idem pour le tarif de location des draps, affiché à un certain prix sur le site internet mais majoré dans le contrat. Des petits détails qui n’ont pas été précisés. Le prix final est bien différent à ce qui est affiché sur le site. - la localisation de l’appartement puisque celui-ci donne directement sur une route départementale d'où le bruit incessant des voitures -les fenêtres sont minuscules et donnent l'impression d'enfermement

le montant de la semaine avec charges au mois de décembre pour 5 personnes pour un appartement tout équipé avec 2 chambres , nous ne pouvons pas faire moins ! Pour notre part ; le logement n'a pas été restitué dans le même état de propreté qu'à l arrivée !..... 2 heures de nettoyage supplémentaire non facturées . C'est regrettable . C'est une route côtière qui mène seulement d'un village à un autre !

Trop peu de vaisselle pour 5 personnes. épluche pomme de terre ne fonctionne pas. une cocotte minute serait appréciée

Une super semaine!

Très bonne semaine passée dans cet appartement, dont l’atout majeur est sa proximité avec une immense plage de sable fin (80 mètres), qui invite à la baignade et aux longues ballades. Les commerces situés à 200 mètres sont également facilement accessibles à pied, aussi bien par la rue principale que par le front de mer; de même que le marché qui se tient les mardi et vendredi matin. Appartement conforme au descriptif, bien agencé, très lumineux et très calme. Propriétaires très agréables et accueillants. Possibilité d'excursions touristiques variées (Mont Saint Michel à 45 min, Saint Malo à 1h et plages du débarquement à 2h...) En résumé : une super semaine que nous espérons renouveler en 2014!
