Le Barlèt:2/3 pers Hameau des Chazals Nevache Hautes Alpes

Le Barlèt, which designates a small barrel intended for preserving water, is the only studio in the Chazals hamlet. With a south facing terrace, it is located on the ground floor of a chalet composed of five independent apartments. Offering a 29m2 space, it is ideally suited for 2 persons. The chalet is located in the center of the hamlet, at the start of the slopes and trails of the Clarée Valley.

After skiing or hiking, you can enjoy its simple yet functional and cozy comfort. It consists of a bathroom with a bathtub and a main room with a kitchenette well equipped with cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and electric boiler. The real asset of this studio is a standard bed which slides under a dining bench. Providing a good bed at night, you will slide it very easily in the morning converting the place into a nice lounge facing the large picture window to south and the flat TV screen. Another bench on the opposite side provides yet more space to relax.

Un endroit que nous voudrions garder secret!

Bien évidemment, nous parlons depuis tellement d’années de Névache avec nos nombreux séjours aux Chazals et avec Heïdi qui gère parfaitement depuis 13 ans l’ensemble des locations ( Et ça doit être le retour de beaucoup d’hôtes…) que les séjours partent vite et qu’il faut prévoir ses vacances assez longtemps à l’avance! Nous aurions envie de garder l’endroit secret, égoïstement, mais comment ne pas partager toutes ces belles expériences même si elles deviennent victimes de leur succès!

Petit studio bien placé à Roubion, avant Névache ville-haute

Studio bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine: cuisinière avec plaques vitrocéramique et four électrique, micro-onde, cafetière, bouilloire, petit lave-vaisselle et tous les plats et ustensiles nécessaires ( exs: petit auto- cuiseur, essoreuse à salade, moulin à légumes, plats a tartes...). Pour le couchage, moins bien : lit tirroir pratique mais petit (120)et en longueur aussi ( pas fait pour les grand(e)s) et matelas usagé et pas assez épais et ferme. Salle de bain correcte mais fraîche ( pas idéale l'hiver mais nien pour l'été). Petite terrasse plein sud agréable avec vue sur la montagne ( et quelques toits d'autres chalets devant!). Mais pas desherbée! Et table et chaises et parasol un peu viellissants! Point noir: ménage pas fait correctement alors que l' on paye 40€! ( très poussiéreux, meubles, lit et par terre avons trouve derrière télé, un tas de saletés !...), nous l'avons signalé ! Studio de plein pied avec des voisins au dessus et à côté : avons été un peu dérangés par des personnes bruyantes le soir, heureusement pas de l'appartement près du notre! Studio bien placé, compter 30 mn en voiture ( et en navettes en plein été car route interdite) quand même du parking de Laval( départ randonnées). Dautres balades sont possibles au départ de Roubion et ses environs. Se situe aussi à 30mn de Briançon pour courses même si épicerie à Roubion et boulangerie à Névache ville-Haute. Très bonne boucherie- charcuterie artisanale à Pamplinet ( 15mn). Très belle Vallée très préservée et authentique.

Studio beaucoup trop chaud et température non réglable : chauffage au sol et chauffage au plafond (pour le studio du dessus). Nous avons été obligé de dormir avec la porte ouverte. Wifi tombé en panne les derniers jours.
