Appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé ,agréable avec un balcon donnant directement sur les pistes. Emplacement pour stationner appréciable et proche des commerces. C'est un endroit idéal pour les passionnés de montagne, très belles randonnées.Nous reviendrons......

vacances au calme

superbe appartement,spacieux,lumineux,fonctionnel,et pour ne rien gâcher une superbe vue sur la nature.Quand on y ajoute la facilité de se garer en voiture , la situation géographique de cet appartement tout près du centre ville ,à mi-parcours entre Briançon et le Lautaret , on ne peut qu'y passer d'agréables vacances .Je mentionnerai aussi la cordialité de Mme Castagna qui est très disponible et très réactive .

Très joli appartement pour une super semaine.

Propriétaire très sympathique et conciliante. Studio très agréable, très propre et bien situé. Une vue magnifique sur les montagnes complète tous ces avantages ainsi que les commerces à pied.

UN APPARTEMENT CHALEUREUX, TRES BIEN PLACE, AU CALME ET UN ACCUEIL TRES SYMPATHIQUE

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce très chaleureux petit studio où rien ne manque ; globalement très confortable et très bien équipé, on s'y sent vraiment bien, comme à la maison ; les propriétaires ont soin de vous accueillir avec une notion du service remarquable ; seuls bémols : le matelas des lits individuels (un peu mou pour un ado de 1,95) et la poire de douche, qui mériterait d'être changée pour plus de pression par un mitigeur... Mais ceci est loin d'être bloquants ! La preuve, si nous revenons à Serre Chevalier, c'est sans doute chez Josiane que nous séjournerons avec grand plaisir !

Appartement très bien situé au pied des pistes, bien aménagé, bien décoré, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Au calme, proche des commerces, propre .... rien à redire. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour, et nous n'hésiterons pas à le louer de nouveau si nous revenons à Serre Chevalier.

Studio très fonctionnel ,décoration moderne agréable à habiter et le panorama à regarder du balcon est magnifique. Nous avons trouvé la location propre et la description correspondait à nos attentes. L'été c'est l'endroit idéal pour les randonneurs et les passionnés du vtt ! superbes vacances.

Pratique, très bien aménagé

Les plus : C'est un petit appartement très bien aménagé, très pratique et joli (refait à neuf récemment). Les couchages sont confortables. Le balcon bien pratique pour profiter du soleil les jours de repos car il est orienté ouest. L'appartement est en front de neige donc très pratique pour aller ou revenir du ski. La résidence est bien tenue. les - : ballon d'eau chaude peut-être un peu limité ? Ecran de télé non orientable en inclinaison ce qui est dommage car il est placé en hauteur et il faut être en face (quasiment debout donc) pour bien voir l'image. Pas très gênant pour nous car on ne regarde pas la télé pendant les vacances.

Studio très agréable à vivre !

Décoré avec goût, super bien agencé et très pratique. Il ne manque rien, tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit parfait. La situation géographique est idéal, face aux pistes, soleil tout l'apres midi sur balcon et studio. Le matériel cuisine, couettes...sont neufs, c'est très appréciable. Le canapé lit est super pratique et confortable. Local ski facile d'accès. Parking devant la résidence.

Excellent séjour dans ce studio très confortable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce studio: il est idéalement situé à 100m à pied du départ de la Casse du Boeuf ainsi que les oeufs de l'Aravet, ce qui permet de rentrer à skis au pied de l'immeuble en fin de journée (très agréable!). Il est également très bien exposé avec terrasse qui donne sur les pistes. Au niveau de l'aménagement, l'équipement est très complet dans le studio que ce soit pour le couchage, la cuisine et la salle de bains, mais aussi dans l'immeuble avec les casiers à skis etc. La location était impeccable à notre arrivée. La propriétaire a été très disponible pour l'organisation de notre séjour (notamment le petit classeur dans l'appartement avec des suggestions d'activités pour l'après ski...). La situation est également idéale pour accéder aux différents loueurs de matériel de ski, et visiter le village de Villeneuve à pied. Pour les amateurs de ski, c'est l'endroit où séjourner si vous voulez vraiment profiter des pistes et je recommande fortement cette location.( en basse saison c'est encore mieux, car de la bonne neige et personne sur les piste :)!)

Agréable séjour

Studio très propre,agréable, confortable et fonctionnel. Il est très très bien situé, au calme, face à la montagne, à deux pas des commerces et restaurants ..et à qq pas de patineur du télésiège !
