Great Palm Valley home with private heated pool/spa in quiet neighborhood

Beautiful 1500 sq/ft home in Palm Valley community. Our home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths which will accommodate up to 6 people. We are located close to multiple spring training facilities in Goodyear, Surprise, Buckeye, and Peoria. 15 minutes from ISM Raceway. We are also next to several golf courses including Wigwam and Palm Valley Golf Course. Several restaurants, a Walmart, and grocery stores within 3 miles of our home.

Our home features a master suite with king size bed, 40 in TV, walk-in closet, tub and separate shower. Additionally the second bedroom has a queen bed, 40 in TV, with dresser/nightstand, and third room has 1 full and 1 twin bed with a nightstand. Our kitchen has stainless steel appliances plus an island with seating for 2 and a dining table to accommodate 6 guests. There is a full-size washer and dryer for guests to use as well. Living area features 3 recliners and a reclining couch with a 50in Tv including a stereo receiver with Bluetooth to enjoy music while sitting in the spa or relaxing on the patio by the pool. Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $50+taxes per day. Spa is included. Patio seating includes love seat and 2 chairs with coffee table. Additionally, there are 4 lounge chairs and a table with 4 chairs and umbrella. There is also an extra umbrella and stand for those hot summer days for some additional shade. Try your hand at a game of Corn Hole on the lawn. Additionally, there are cards, puzzles, board games, and books for guests to enjoy. STR0000167

Winter getaway!

We spent a couple of weeks at this home. Exactly as listed and communication with owner was great. Close to wonderful restaurants and mlb spring training. We enjoyed the pool and the spa was great after a day of hiking. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay at this Goodyear home! Everything is as described and then some, top notch and in working order. The homeowner has really thought of everything from pool towels and cozy beds to a legit blender and labeled light switches. This home is in excellent condition, close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The pool and hot tub were perfect as well. Communication was excellent and everything is spelled out clearly for guests before arrival. I would recommend this home to friends/ family.

Was a great few days!

We had a great time here for a few days while visiting as a family for Spring Training! The only problem we encountered was that the Master shower was not usable. It had a leak. The owner ordered a new part and it was delivered during our stay, but we did not install it and ended up using the secondary shower for our needs.

I have a brother living in Pebble Creek in Goodyear. My sister and her husband flew in from Arkansas, my husband and I from Alaska. Some played golf, baseball game and lots of lounging by the pool. This property had everything we needed and then some!! Property owner was very accessible for any questions. We would come back in a heartbeat

It is hard to imagine needing anything beyond what this house offered. The pool and yard are awesome and the house is clean. There are many extras provided. I would highly recommend this property. The area has great choices for restaurants and shopping.

Winter Weekend in the Sun

This house was great from front to back. The neighborhood was convenient and well maintained. The house was in great shape and was very well appointed with kitchen, bath, and outdoor items all provided and in good repair. The pool and spa were enjoyed each day, and the large covered area and grass area were great features. The proximity to Luke Air Force base provided us with a great view of their fighter jets taking off and landing. We went for long walks each day and the area was flat and very safe. We would recommend this house to others, and would return ourselves.
