This is a stunning vacation rental home with 3,120 sq ft, 3 car garages, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, granite kitchen counters, eating bar in the kitchen, breakfast nook with seating for 6, another black tie dining room with seating for 8, a large loft with queen sleeper sofa and 50 inch HD TV, large traditional family room, large living/entertainment room with a beautiful Spencer Marsten pool table, games, excellent audio/video system with sound surround, four large full HD TVs, video games and Playstation, free Wi-Fi and TV streaming, beautiful heated pool and spa with color lights and water features. The large covered patio is furnished with dining table and 6 chairs, a Weber gas grill, 6b high end lounge chairs.
This villa is located close to I-10 and Litchfield Rd in the heart of Goodyear, Arizona and it is close to all the exciting activities like Wigwam Golf club and resort, Estrella Mountain Ranch Golf Club, Palm Valley Golf Club, Lifetime Fitness Center, 5 minutes to Goodyear Spring Training Ballpark, 6-7 minutes to Nascar' s Racing Track, 10 minutes to the Superbowl Stadium, the three well known lakes: Lake Pleasant, Canyon Lake and Saguaro Lake, 2.5 hours drive to Sedona, 3.5 hours to Grand Canyon, , great shops and restaurants and 2 min away from the new Market at Estrella Falls mall.
The villa was thoughtfully decorated to bring you into a world where you’ll really feel away from home. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely give this 5 stars. The home was super clean, exactly as described, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. It is always a relief when a place matches the listing, and this one absolutely delivered.The neighborhood was fantastic too. It felt safe, quiet, and well-kept, which made the whole experience even better. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Another huge bonus was the easy access to the green belt, which made for great morning walks and a really peaceful start to the day.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we would gladly come back again.

Couples Retreat

We had 3 couples that stayed. Plenty of space and each couple had their own bathroom. Swam everyday and convenient to stores, shopping and food. This is truly a beautiful home that is really relaxing and comfortable.

Great location for Spring Training

It was easy to get to the ballparks we wanted to get to. We discovered a nearby neighborhood Italian restaurant in a shopping center that was good, Bella Luna. The house was spacious, clean and the layout worked well for us. The host communication was good and we enjoyed the pool/spa as well to work out the kinks from stadium seating :)

Great house in sunny Arizona.

The sunland villa was exactly as described. It's a nice clean house with a great pool. It had everything you would need for a nice weekend. The location was perfect for golf and close to restaurants. Olivia the owner was super accommodating to our needs. I would without a doubt stay at this property again. Thanks for a great weekend.

Why they chose this property

The home is located in one of the nicest areas of Goodyear, AZ and surrounded by several golf courses just 1-2 miles away. Great shops and restaurants can be found nearby as well as the Lifetime gym - one of the largest in Arizona. While only 5-6 minutes drive to the Goodyear's Ballpark and just 10 minutes to Cardinal's stadium, the villa offers a very peaceful time, as there was nobody around. Both convenience to get around anywhere as well as privacy and quite time have been greatly appreciated by our previous guests.
