Quiet - Villa Saint Aubin
Seasonal rental by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Old villa of 160 m2 renovated with simplicity. Large volumes. Large wooden terrace of 100 m2 surrounding a closed garden, with lawn and not overlooked on the South and West part. Character house very well located, quiet, functional, warm, very spacious and very bright, this house is particularly practical and comfortable to live in collective. Living rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace on all the facades of the house, bedrooms upstairs.
Ideally located rue du Faubourg Sainte Anne, 100 meters from the ramparts of Guérande, set back from the street and protected from noise. With a calm and pleasant garden, fenced and decorated with a large wooden terrace of 80 m2, without any immediate vicinity.
Bakery 50 meters away.
200 meters walk from all Intra-Muros shops.
At 5 km from the beaches.
1 flat screen TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi system. Free WIFI Internet Washing machine, dryer.
