Excellent position 100m from costal foot/cycle path. Plenty of shade in the garden area with large outside table and parasol. Bedrooms were all very comfortable, 3 with balconies. We enjoyed our visit tremendously, not too hot with a nice cooling sea breeze most of the time. Very functional which some of the houses we have visited have not been so good. Thanks Laetitia.

A great property

We enjoyed our stay, the place was spotless, spacious and well equipped. It had a downstairs bedroom and walk in shower that made it accessible for my mother who has mobility issues. The only down side is that the stairs are extremely rickety and I would say dangerous even for older children who are confident using stairs.

This is a nice and spacious house in a nice part of the Pouliguen. We stayed with my 3 teenage children and 4 adults. The balcony is really nice and useful for long and lovely lunches or dinners, the kitchen is well equipped and a pleasure to use and the laundry facilities means that you have nothing to worry about when staying for longer periods. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing all the information you could wish for. re: the location, you are very close to a beach, 25 minute walk to the Pouliguen centre where mulitple times a week you have a market, you are a 40 minute walk to the centre of Batz-sur-mer and a lovely harbour, you are 5 minute by car from a Super market for all your food and petrol needs, and you can easily go on little day trips, either by renting e-bikes or by car. All in all, we had an amazing holiday. I can recommend the house, the location and the owners.

Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Sehr nahe am Küstenwanderweg. Die Beschreibung entspricht genau dem Haus. Schön eingerichtet, Küche super eingerichtet mit Allem was man benötigt.Bequeme Betten. Auch für 4 Bis 5 Personen sicher gut geeignet. Sehr gute und hilfreiche Kommunikation mit dem Host! Wir empfehlen das Haus. Merci

Magnifique séjour

Belle maison, bien situé, au calme. Côte sauvage à quelques pas, pour faire de belles balades ou se poser pour écouter l'océan. Le centre ville et le port à proximité pour profiter des restaurants et de diverses activités nautique.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. La maison est très confortable, joliment décorée et bien équipée, située dans une rue très calme, à deux pas de la Côte sauvage et non loin des commerces et du centre du Pouliguen. La grande terrasse est un plus pour le farniente, les apéros ou les repas. Nous avons loué des vélos et pu ainsi rayonner sur la région (La Baule, Le Croisic, Guérande... ). La communication avec la propriétaire a été facile de la réservation au départ. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Belle maison très bien située

La maison est moderne et très bien agencée. La terrasse était très agréable. Idéalement située pour aller à pied dans les petites criques et la belle plage de la Govelle. Parfait pour faire la côte ou les marais salants en vélo. Le port du Pouliguen est un peu loin à pied mais 10mn de voiture ou un peu plus en vélo. Supermarché tout à côté. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous recommandons la maison.

großes Haus in Meeresnähe

wir wurden freundlich empfangen, das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, und war makellos sauber. Die große Terrasse, die mit Liegestühlen und einem großen Tisch ausgestattet ist, lud zum Aufenthalt im Freien ein. Die Küste ist fußläufig erreichbar und der Fußweg entlang der Küste lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen ein. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
