"JUNIOR'S PLACE" Peaceful & Private, 2 blocks to beach - LOW PET FEE

This renovated beach cottage is just two short blocks from the public access to the beach. The living space is 576 square feet plus a large screened-in porch. Partial ocean view from the porch. The cottage is located in a quiet residential area a short drive from the boardwalk. Linens and towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee makers, can opener and all glassware, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Washer and Dryer.

Spectrum Internet and Cable TV, Ruko TV with multiple free movie channels, and a soundbar audio system.

Junior's Place is a cozy beach cottage that gives our guests the "good old days at the beach" feel, clean and comfortable.

The cottage was built in the early 1960s as a typical beach house for the time. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom- no closets. It was totally renovated in the summer of 2018 with new wiring, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances, drywall, insulation, windows, flooring, and a Ductless Heat/AC unit. Due to the lack of closet space, we have provided plenty of hooks, hang bars, and storage cubes.
The screened porch is a wonderful place to hang out and relax with a partial ocean view. There is an outside shower in the back of the house for cleaning up after a walk to the beach and hooks on the porch for wet towels, beach toys, etc.
The backyard has room for badminton, volleyball, corn hole toss, etc.
It's a great little place and we know you will enjoy it.

*** 2 dogs are covered by $60 pet fee, additional pets must be preapproved.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Don't remove mattress pads or pillow protectors unless soiled. Leave bedspreads and blankets folded on the bed unless soiled.
Wash any used dishes. Please vacuum the floors if your pet has been shedding excessively (the vacuum is in the laundry room).
Sign out of any app you signed into on the television. Leave the key on the dining table and leave the front door unlocked. Text me at 336-259-1693 when you depart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Up to 2 pets for $60 non-refundable fee. Max of 1 over 50lbs. If your pet will be on the furniture or beds, PLEASE bring covers for them to rest on.
Smoking is allowed on the porch only and butts disposed of properly. ***If I smell weed in the house you will forfeit your security deposit***

Very clean, host was next door and let us know we could call if we needed anything. We didn’t but was comforting to know just the same. Juniors place was as advertised and took me back to when my uncle had a similar house in Carolina Beach. Off the beaten path far enough for peace and quiet but convenient to both Carolina and Kure beach.

We stayed for a week, house was clean, location was perfect as we were only 2 blocks from the beach, also only blocks away from many activies and local restaurants, hosts were very communicative and easy to reach. Had some boards break on the porch and owner came and replaced them the very next day. Overall awesome experience and would stay again!!

So very close to the beach which was a highlight. It was a bit small for my family of 5 and 2 dogs, but that was on me for not properly researching the size. Owners were prompt and responsive. Screened it porch with rocking chairs was nice.

Why they chose this property

This beach house was bought by the owner's parents in the 1980's as investment property. The owner inherited the property and decided to fix it up and bring it back to the old beach charm for guests to enjoy.
