About this property

Beach Home sleeps up to 8, ocean and intercoastal views

This beach cottage is the perfect vacation home! Just a half block to beach access and boating (canal) access with view of both from the deck. The picture of beach access is taken from the house. One bedroom offers a full bed and the other offers 2 full/twin bunks. The living room features a futon sofa as well.

The home is beautifully decorated with all of the modern comforts of home including a fully stocked kitchen with new cooking accessories, & utensils, 47”flat screen TV, WIFI, 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is parking for two cars and beach house storage offers a washer/dryer and beach gear such as chairs, umbrella, games, toys, beach cart, boogie boards and skim boards. The deck offers patio seating and 3 outdoor hot water showers to rinse off from the beach.

This is a wonderful family friendly home. Please no loud music or parties.

The ocean and beach are your playground, but there's lot of other fun things to do just minutes away. The location is just far enough from the crowds but close enough to walk to all of the attractions. Just a few short blocks you can take advantage of charter fishing, restaurants, an amusement filled boardwalk, surf lessons, jet ski rentals, kayak rental. On the island, you can enjoy historic Fort Fisher, the beauty of Kure Beach and the piers, and Carolina Beach State Park, miniature golf and shopping. We are a 15 minute drive into Wilmington where you can take advantage of the beautiful historic area downtown, UNCW, Airlie Gardens, and the historic battleship North Carolina.

Great rental and location

We stayed Memorial Day weekend. Craig is an excellent host. Very generous and easy to contact. Rental was as stated in VRBO ad. Location was excellent. Very short walk to the beach and far enough away from the boardwalk to not be as crowded. We would stay here again!

Great Location

This property was perfect for my daughter's 16th Birthday at the beach with 5 of her friends. I slept well in my room while the girls enjoyed the bunk beds! It was less than a 1-minute walk to the beach access. The additional private showers out back were super convenient and plenty of room for all of us inside. It couldn't have worked out better!

Family Vaca in NC

Everything was as advertised. Very close walk to the beach, basically a 1 minute walk. My son counted the steps and said it was 100 steps to the beach. Close to the boardwalk, but far enough away from the crowds and people. Craig was easy to connect with and available when needed. Plenty of room for family of 4, great showers out back. Lots of beach stuff to uses downstaris.

Fun Beach Stay!

We had a great time staying at this cute beach house in Carolina Beach. Craig was very accommodating and helpful throughout our whole stay. The walk to the beach access is very short and beach equipment is provided. We definitely cannot wait to stay again!

Great getaway

My husband, our 2 dogs and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. Short walk to the beach and a slightly longer walk to the Boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and cozy house and Craig was great to work with. Definitely recommend!

Awesome stay!

Had a great time. The house is super close to the beach. If you forget something it’s just a quick skip back to the house. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We spent a good deal of time out on the deck, but if you wanted to cook a meal and stay in there’s plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again!
