Stone house located in the countryside, in a quiet area, 4 km from the center of Lannion, in a tree-lined garden, on owners' land. Body of water, farmyard animals
Lannion, city of character with its 17th and 18th century houses, its former monastery. You can admire the city after climbing the 140 steps that lead to Brélévenez. Many shops in the city center and on the outskirts.

Many beaches 10 km away, with their coastal path, ideal for hikes by the sea and shore fishing.
Perros-Guirec, seaside resort, with its beaches, its departures in speedboats to watch birds and seals on the reserve of the 7 islands, its casino,

Excellent home from home to enjoy the Granite Rose Coast

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at the property. The property itself had everything we needed to feel like a home from home and the grounds that it sit in are amazing. There was so much room to relax or play outdoors and we never felt overlooked. This is a great location to enjoy the capital Lannion, explore the Granite Rose Coast as well as all of the historic and natural sites and beaches within the surrounding area - all within half an hours' drive. We thank Anne-Marie and her family (and animals!) for a fantastic holiday and we would love to visit again.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem ruhig gelegenen, sehr sauberen und gemütlichen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Garten ist traumhaft, die Vermieter sind überaus herzlich und hilfsbereit (grundlegende Französischkenntnisse sind daher zu empfehlen). Eine echte Entdeckung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Guter gelegener Startpunkt zur Erkundung der Bretagne

Wir besuchten das Ferienhaus der Familie Cador im Juli 2023 um die Bretagne zu erkunden. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, das Ferienhaus und der dazugehörige liebevoll angelegte Garten haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn man die französische Sprache etwas beherrscht. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz, es sind alle wichtigen Dinge vorhanden. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man Tischtennis und Kicker spielen, Bücher und Spiele sind auch vorhanden. Von hieraus kann man viele interessante Ziele in der Gegend besuchen, z. Bsp. die Cote de Granit Rose, Brest, die Halbinsel Crozon oder auch St. Malo, oder man genießt einfach den wunderschönen Garten der Familie Cador. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an die Gastgeber.

Supers vacances en famille. Le gîte est parfait pour un couple et 2 enfants. Terrasse, jardin privatif, ping-pong, tout y est pour bien profiter! c'est un endroit très calme, avec des propriétaires vraiment très sympathiques. Une belle découverte des environs avec les différentes plages à proximité.

Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um mit dem Auto die Gegend zu erkunden. Leider sind unsere Französisch-Kenntnisse nicht so gut, sodass die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin etwas eingeschränkt war. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön angelegt und sauber und voller Blütenpracht.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind vom 13.-27.08.2022 zu Gast bei Familie Cador und haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Gite ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen. Wer Ruhe sucht und liebenswerte Vermieter wünscht ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen Urlaub braucht und Kinder haben eine Tischtennisplatte, einen Tischkicker und viel Platz. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Nous avons séjourné avec la famille Cador avec 2 adultes et un enfant du 13 au 27 août 2022 et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et bienvenus. Le gîte est dans un endroit merveilleusement calme. Si vous cherchez la paix et que vous voulez des propriétaires adorables, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. La maison est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances et les enfants ont une table de ping-pong, un baby-foot et beaucoup d'espace. Nous serions ravis de revenir!

Anne-Marie his wife loves growing her organic vegetables and take care of the animals. Their daughter, Raphaelle, help them with their work and the welcoming of the guests.
