Very well kept house in a good location

The house is very well kept, great care and organisation has gone into what guests need and the organisation of the house. The location is really convenient for exploring the area, with the town and port a reasonable walking distance. Highly recommend.

1 week stay in Perros-Guirec

Overall a very enjoyable stay in Perros -Guirec. Very well equipped in good condition holiday home. Quiet neighbourhood with a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants but this is down a fairly steep hill. This was not an issue for our party but may been a short drive for less able visitors. The only slight issue and I stress slight issue is the fact there is only 1 downstairs toilet placed in an under the stairs cupboard. Ideally there should be an upstairs toilet in the bathroom, this was not clear on the description. Again, this was not an issue for our party but would be for less able of larger parties.

Detached modern property with large garden near beautiful coastline

Celine manages a spotless, modern gite that makes an accessible holiday base for Perros and the area. The kitchen is very well stocked, the oven works well, and dining areas are outside and in. We appreciated the complementary cider, gateau Breton, and coffee pods! We found the beds uncomfortable as we don't like memory foam mattresses, and the toilet being downstairs is a negative factor, we think. Seating is limited in the lounge (a sofa and a chair), considering the gite sleeps 5 adults. The electric shutters are beneficial at night. To get to the shops in the centre of Perros, it is a 10-minute walk. The gite is at the top of the hill, so walking to the beach necessitates an ascent on your return. The area around the gite is quiet and suburban. We enjoyed our stay!

Rustig gelegen huis. Propere accommodatie. Ideaal voor een koppel of gezin met kinderen. Aangezien er maar 1 wc is en de badkamer niet zo ruim is dit huis minder geschikt voor 2 koppels. Supermarkt op 1 km. De regio/natuur zelf is prachtig maar ook zeer heuvelachtig. Fietsen voor geoefende sporters, elektrisch fietsen is een goed alternatief. De GR34 vlakbij om mooie wandelingen te maken. Verschillende stranden in de buurt voor watersporters en/of kinderen en/ of zonnekloppers. Leuke stadjes in de buurt zoals Lannion en Tréguier.

Maison dans quartier calme, avec un très bon accueil par les propriétaires.En très bon état, 3 chambres à l'étage avec salle de bain douche.Les toilettes au rez-de-chaussée, une cuisine agréable.Terrasse avec salon de jardin et terrain clos, pour rentrer la voiture.Manque de rien. Parfait pour petite famille.

Magnifique séjour dans cette très jolie maison,decorée avec goûts, il ne manquait rien. Acceuil au top, avec des petites attentions.Emplacement parfait, par rapport au centre,à la plage ou aux grands magasins.Endroit calme le soir.C'est certain, nous y reviendront.

Très belle maison

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison et tout s'est très bien passé. La maison est propre et très bien équipée. Comme d'autres commentaires le disent, les wc sont tout petits mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. La maison est dans un quartier calme et nos hotes ont été très sympathiques. Nous recommandons !

Formidable maison de vacances à Perros-Guirec !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette très belle maison de Perros-Guirec. Parfaitement conforme au descriptif et aux photos - et mieux encore en vrai -, d’une propreté remarquable, bien meublée et équipée : en bref, une maison parfaite pour découvrir cette charmante station balnéaire et la fameuse côte de granit rose. Communication très agréable avec les propriétaires. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
