We have grown up going to Lake Havasu and have several family members that live in town. When we aren't busy with kids sports, we love boating on Havasu year around.

Why they chose this property
We love how quiet the street is and how close it is to everything. A lot of locations in Havasu are a long drive to go get simple necessesities. Not here. You have everything you need, all within a 5 minute drive from the house! It is also only minutes to the launch ramp.
