Newly remodeled home with private pool! Tons of parking!!
Come enjoy the sun while staying in this lovely, remodeled, 3 bedroom, pool home that sleeps 9! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from shopping, boating, restaurants and off road adventures.
The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances, drip coffee machine, toaster and microwave, both indoor and outdoor table settings and everything necessary for cooking! A brand new water filtration system has been installed, allowing filtered water at the fridge and at the kitchen sink.
Each cozy bedroom has closet space for luggage, a smart TV, ceiling fan, blackout curtains and comfortable bedding. The master has private access out to the backyard pool area. The living room couch converts to a king size bed and the living room chair converts to a small twin size bed. Bedding provided.
The covered backyard patio has a Traeger and a BBQ. Relax next to the pool on the chase lounges or enjoy a swim!!
For those with boats or off road toys, we have plenty of room for parking!! 4 car driveway, a 15x55 flat graveled area in front of the house and a 12x50 fenced parking.
