Magnifique vue sur Santa Julia

Très très belle maison décorée avec soinToutes les commodités pour passer un très bon séjourVue imprenable sur la baie de Santa Julia depuis toutes les chambres, la terrasse et la piscine Seul bémol : accès en voiture avec un gros dénivelé via un chemin pas toujours très carrossable.. voiture indispensable pour accéder à toutes les plages et commerces

Belle maison mais prestations à améliorer

La maison est conforme à la description, elle est bien, lumineuse, pièce de vie agréable, piscine agréable, calme et très belle vue. Elle est très bien située près des belles plages et à 25mn de Bonifacio. L'espace extérieur est également bien mais on n'a pas pu en profiter du fait des guêpes, moustiques et fourmis omni présents dès qu'on a essayé de sortir pour prendre l'apéro ou diner dehors. Nous avons rencontré par contre plusieurs désagréments qui ne devraient pas arriver pour la location d'une maison à plus de 10 000euro la semaine : - l'annexe (une des 4 chambres) sentait le moisi et les égouts, il y avait des souris dans le faux plafond et dans les toilettes, cela devait être le cas depuis longtemps, cela aurait du être identifié et corrigé avant notre arrivée et à minima nous proposer une compensation - le débit du wifi est très faible et ne permet pas le télétravail ni l'utilisation du streaming en bonne condition, cela aurait du être mentionné dans l'annonce - le lave vaisselle est tombé en panne mercredi, il n'a pas été réparé avant notre départ samedi. - les serviettes de plage ou un ménage en cours devraient être inclus à ce niveau de prix

Ferienhaus mit atemberaubendem Blick

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der wunderschönen Villa mit Blick auf die Bucht von Santa Giulia! Der Garten mit den verschiedenen Ebenen u. Terrassen war sehr schön zum Verweilen u. Genießen! Auch drinnen war es sehr schön, da man auch von dort den wunderschönen Ausblick durch die großen Fenster genießen konnte. Die Ausstattung war super, uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin bzw. Concierge war sehr unkompliziert.

Séjour parfait !

Nous avons passés une semaine idéale dans la bergerie de Santa Giulia. Nous retenons que du positif. Les photos reflètent bien le charme et le potentiel de cette maison. Tout a été réfléchi pour les voyageurs, nous n'avons manqué de rien: le confort de la literie, la propreté des chambres et ses nombreux rangements, la cuisine fonctionnelle ( tupperware, glacière, bloc de glace...), le service de conciergerie toujours disponible.Nous avons pu également profiter du barbecue entre amis, et du canapé extérieur pour bouquiner en fin de journée. Concernant l'emplacement, cette villa est situé à 5mn en voiture de la plage de santa guila et à 20 mn à pied. Nous avions loué une voiture afin de pouvoir visiter toutes les autres plages ( palombadgia, rondinara...) et villes au alentour. Seul petit bémol, la connexion réseau était assez faible, mais logique car nous sommes dans les hauteurs. Heureusement que le wifi fonctionnait. Pour finir, la vue de la maison est juste incroyable un vrai bonheur pour les yeux. Je recommande vivement cette location même si nous aimerions la garder un peu secrète car nous nous sommes senti comme a la maison. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir, si l'occasion se présente. Merci a Monsieur Mathieu qui a été disponible tout au long de nos échanges.
