About this property
Beautiful airy 2 bed/2 bath in Kentish Town
Beautiful, newly renovated 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom flat in Kentish Town. Just a 5 minute walk from the underground station and 7 minute walk to the overground station, Kentish Town West.
Situated on a quiet residential road, with an organic produce store and a Gail's bakery just 30 seconds walk away. The master bedroom is very special with a super king Loaf bed, bookshelves and a piano, and the master bathroom has a freestanding claw foot bath tub as well as a shower.
The spacious 1154 sq. ft. flat takes up the lower ground and raised ground floor of a Victorian property, with its own entrance on the lower ground floor. It has recently been redecorated to a high spec. Decor is airy, rustic chic, Soho House-style, with minimal wear and tear.
The downstairs (kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom) is cool and calm, and the upstairs (living area and connecting super king bedroom, master bathroom) is bright and airy, with a Loaf Super King bed and sofa.
The kitchen has a farmhouse style table with five chairs, as well as a bench.
There is a garden, but it is awaiting landscaping.

What makes this property unique
Kentish Town is a fun, vibrant area located centrally. We can be in touch with local tips for restaurants in Kentish Town, Camden and Primrose Hill, as well as more general recommendations for your stay in London.
Our favourite local restaurants and gastro pubs include Beef and Brew and The Lion and Unicorn, as well as staples Wahaca and Franco Manca.
There are many food shops to choose from in Kentish Town, including Sainsbury's, Tesco's, and Earth, an organic produce store 30 seconds from the rental.
Primrose Hill (20-25 minute walk or 15 minute car journey) is home to a beautiful park with a view of the London skyline, as well as delicious restaurants/gastropubs including L'Absinthe, Odettes and The Landsdowne.
Camden (10-15 minute walk) has an amazing food market Kerb, as well as legendary clothes and curiosities stalls. It's perfect for a day spent browsing, eating and people-watching.
Camden Town Brewery is located next to Kentish Town West Station (also next to our favourite vegan coffee shop- The Fields Beneath!) and you can drink local beer while eating whatever pop-up they have in residency.
Kentish Town has excellent transport links on either the underground, or the bus. You can get to East London (Dalston Kingsland) in 25 minutes on the overground, and Oxford Circus is just a 25 minute bus journey (C2) or tube journey away!
You can also walk to Regents Park and Hampstead Heath, in 28 and 20 minutes respectively.
