Stylish 2 bedroom garden flat - 10 mins to Portobello
Our 2 bedroomed garden flat is a favourite choice for families & business travellers who want to feel at home and relax in our calm surroundings after a busy day in London. A sort after area, St Helen's is a conservation area with Edwardian houses.
The neighbourhood is safe, clean and very friendly with a choice of convenience stores close by.
Nearest underground station is 7 minutes walk away at Latimer Road (Hammersmith & City Line) where you can travel into central London within 15 minutes or to Westfield Shopping Mall within one stop.
Famous Portobello Road Market is a 10 minute walk away (great for antiques, music, assorted food & book lovers), with contemporary boutiques on Westbourne Grove and an abundance of fabulous restaurants on our doorstep.
At the top of Portobello is the cool area of Goldborne Road, which houses a bric-a-brac market on Fridays and Saturdays. It's buzzing with a mixture of nationalities and has a great choice of coffee shops and restaurants.
The flat has 2 standard double beds with crisp bed linen, 1 bathroom with shower and a bath tub. Small, but fully fitted and functioning kitchen with all the necessary equipment for cooking with use of condiments, tea & coffee supplied. The kitchen table seats 2 on stools and the outside garden table seats 4. The sitting room is at the back of the flat has doors that open onto a private, sunny, south facing decked garden. Great as an additional room for drinks and dinner in the summer months.
You are provided with bed linen and towels.
You will have access to all amenities provided in the flat and fast Wi-Fi access.
This is our home and we ask that you respect it as your own as it will still have some of our personal belongings and kindly keep it clean. My returning clients feedback that they feel at home and relaxed in the calm surroundings and love returning.

Regular check-in time is from 2pm to 6pm.

Why they chose this property
This is a ground floor flat with a private garden that retains many of it's original Edwardian features. We are in Zone 2 of the London underground, easily accessible to central London for Oxford Street & the West End. Our closest tube station is Latimer Rd (Circle or Hammersmith & City lines). The famous bustling Portobello Road Market is at the top of our street. Local shops include a bakery, dry cleaners, florist, grocer, Tesco supermarket, & Post Office. We have a great choice parks on our doorstep. St Marks is the nearest which is perfect for children, with a super waterpark open in the summer months. Holland Park, Hyde Park & Regents Park all a bus or tube ride away.
