Lakeside Bluff lives large. It's the perfect vacation spot for several families coming together to spend time and make memories. Big timbers, vaulted ceilings, a panoramic deck, a sports bar and billiards room, a private hot tub, a 10 ft home theatre, and a huge living room with a stone fireplace allow opportunities for group activities, games, and private spaces. Fabulous kitchen, but you might walk next door and enjoy a fine meal at the Vin Du Lac winery (while the kids eat hot dogs, play pickleball, or swim and make smores at the community fire pit.)

This is the largest house in The Lookout (4700) and was built as a primary residence by a premier builder in 2008. It has lots of stone, vertical grain fir, hardwood floors, cherry cabinets, and premium materials. It was purchased by the VandenBrink family in 2015 and renovated in 2021. The sleeping arrangements are spectacular, with three kings, two queens, and a bunch of twins, including a cool bunk room where 6 of the next generation can be plotting their fun.

The Lookout is a special place with lots of shared amenities. You might be out on the lake or using the pool in the daytime. There are a lot of common areas with walking paths, bocci ball courts, fire pits, and parks. It's where you can land with your family, hang out, and not feel like you want to hop in the car and go somewhere.

It doesn't make sense to have it sit empty when we are not here, so we hope your family can make a tradition of bringing everybody together.

We are also hoping it gets used by church and social groups. Soli Deo Gloria

Amazing views!

The house is awesome for a large group! The views from the house are amazing. Our family celebrated Christmas early and had a wonderful time. Hoping we will have the opportunity to visit again sometime.

Each rental has unique features to make ones stay very pleasant and comfortable. For scenic beauty and location to Lookout Cottage amenities, Lakeside Bluff is at the top! Our family really enjoyed our June stay at the Bluff and highly recommend others needing the space to rent said residence. We had an issue with faulty dishwasher; however, your staff was very accommodating in trying to resolve issue and to provide equitable settlement in rental.

Wonderful place with a couple of glitches.

The house is perfect and Chelan is lovely. A couple of things to double check on when booking. One of the refrigerators went out but we were compensated. There are 3 which was terrific! One room was very very chilly and the hotbtub would not warm up enough to be enjoyable. We would go back in a heartbeat but would want to confirm those fixes first.

The house did not have window screens and I think housekeeping probably opened up the house while cleaning. We set bowls of vinegar covered with plastic wrap, punctured with small holes, throughout the house and caught hundreds. Was unfortunate but no one to blame.

Reviewer Comments: First time comeing to lake chelan didn't expect much but it was great experience We were group of 20pplz with kids and every one was very comfortable the house was very clean it had amazing view of lake cheland, and very organized,and It had everything we needed. Dishes were very clean and had so much appliance you won't need anything else. Service pplz came right away if you need them,front desk was very friendly and connected right away...everything was very neat and satisfying. Highly recommend it! Thanks guys we be back again !:) see you next year or even sooner. Thanks again

Great Home to Stay In

Adult children and grandchildren .. plenty of space for everyone with a view of the lake from so many windows and from the decks. Kitchen is very well-stocked. Layout of the house is very well thought out with plenty of bedrooms and living spaces. Downstairs has a media/theater room along with another space that has a pool table and game area. I will definitely be keeping this house on my list of renting in the years to come.

Beautiful Property

The house is beautiful and perfect for large gathering. We were a family of 16 and super happy with the size of this home! The only negative was the refrigerator but luckily it was winter and we placed our goods outside. =/ We can’t wait to book again! Thank you Lookout Bluff!

The shuttle that took us to and from the marina. The ability to rent boats and jet skis right in the marina was super convenient! Also appreciated having a winery right there and the town so close. Highly recommend the Lakeside Bluff and the Lookout at Chelan!

Love the partially covered lake view deck, large kitchen and home theater. Some of the beds are starting to sag, the carpet did not seem newly cleaned and some of the drains were sluggish. It’s a wonderful place but I think some of that high rent should go towards upgrading beds and cleaning carpets. We’ll probably return because it’s the only house so far that fits our numbers.

Very nice house with some issues

The house and location were awesome! However, there were some issues with the place. The home theater did not work properly, nor did the built in sound system. Also the oven is outdated and the digital display did not work so we ended up burning our birthday cake. The dryer in the laundry room made a horribly loud squealing noise when operated. The hot tub was very low on water when we arrived and there was no hose to fill it up with. One of the handrails on the upper deck was quite loose and when my son leaned on it he almost fell off the deck. These things are not acceptable when you are being charged exorbitant rates. We called the manager several times to talk to him before leaving this review but he never called us back and made himself completely unavailable. I really feel like we should have gotten some sort of refund but if you cant talk to the manager you cant get a refund.

Awesome Family Reunion

Incredible view and outdoor space!

A few things to consider is fridge space was limited even with an extra one in the garage we still had to use multiple coolers. The ice maker in the fridge did not make ice very quickly either. The upstairs was always way too hot and the downstairs was freezing. The AC unit doesn’t seem to be adequate for the size of the home. Other than those issues we had a fantastic time and enjoyed the views!!
