It is the perfect setting for families, couples, or a group of friends wanting a special getaway to the lake. Relax-Inn has conveniently located just a short walk from the bocce ball court, Hilltop, and Vineyard Parks, pickle ball court, & resort pool.

Relax-Inn is a cozy chic haven equipped with all the luxurious amenities to make this a fun yet rejuvenating vacation. Comfort and relaxation are the essences of this home. You won’t miss any of the action as this house boasts (5) large screen 4K Ultra HDTVs - one in each bedroom, living room, and media room! All are Smart TVs connected to the internet, so you can enjoy your personal streaming accounts. The main floor has beautiful wide plank hardwood floors, a fully stocked kitchen, quartz countertops, a gas range, a countertop convection oven, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and a large dining table for all the guests. Gather around in the adjoining, spacious living room with an oversize leather sofa & chaise, 2 additional chairs, a bench, a gas fireplace, 65” television, a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray player, and a sound bar. The gorgeous master bedroom retreat on the main floor has a king-size bed with plush linens, dresser, nightstands and 55” television. Drift off to sleep in front of your own romantic fireplace. Enjoy a peaceful escape and pamper yourself in the spa-inspired master bath with double vanity, separate shower, and large soaking tub.

The 2nd level of Relax-Inn includes 2 additional queen-bedroom suites. These lovely guest suites include their own 50” television, dresser, nightstands, bedside lamps, and alarm clocks with USB charging ports. The attached full bathrooms include pedestal sinks and a tub/shower combo. The 2nd floor also features a media room with 4 premium leather power-reclining home theater chairs, a 65” television, an Xbox One S console with some pre-loaded games, 2 controllers, a gaming wheel, a DVD library, board games, puzzles, and books. The media room sleeps 3 with a twin-size daybed and twin over-twin low-height bunk bed (most suitable for youth). This a great hangout spot for kids, teens, or for everyone to enjoy movie nights.

3 Generation Stay in Chelan

We enjoyed our short stay at this modern and comfortable home and wish we could have stayed longer. It was roomy enough for our family and had all the amenities needed. The neighborhood had two pools, a beach and daily activities. We would love to return in the future.

The home is equipped with everything you need for a little getaway. The hot tub was a plus for us!

Great customer service and responsive. The link with all of the rental information for some odd reason was not working for me. I was able to get the home code sent to me right away.

We loved the location of Relax Inn off of the greenway and centrally located to the pool. The home is beautifully outfitted. We particularly enjoyed the upstairs media room with theater seating. The hot tub was also a highlight. We would definitely look to stay here again.

We hopped around from front porch to back porch, the dining room to the living room - enjoying every room all the details that were put into them to make them so esthetically and physically pleasing. This had everything we needed and more. The grassy strip in front of the house is a lovely touch and the morning sun lights upon the front porch for a morning dose of vitamin D with your coffee. The full bathrooms attached to each bedroom were perfect for three couples. Thanks for sharing this amazing space.

Surprisingly we could all fit around the big table as a the kids and 2 adults could share the bench. The house was decorated very beautifully. But we found we had to move a lot of the decorations out of the way to be able to use the home. It has a great location. Easily accommodated our 3 cars. All the appliances were great! We didn’t open hot tub so can’t comment on that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really wish there were more options for weekend stays, we stayed 3 nights and still had to stay in the same home as last year. This home is great we really love the room arrangements and the number of bathrooms, but compared to last year we saw really poor quality things. Upon our arrival, someone came to fix the kitchen cabinet and TV which was great since it was already broken before we got there but definitely could have been fixed before we checked in. But my kids locked a door and it had floaties and games inside, we called 3x and still no one came to fix it, we called about the upstairs sink because the faucet was loose. I think, if there's a door there needs to be a key especially since this is a family rental area, kids of course play with doors and accidentally lock it, thank God it wasn't our bedroom door since no one came to unlock it for us. There was a room upstairs that had no pillow cases on the pillow and the breaker in that room kept shutting off, every morning we would have to reset the breaker. The kitchen floor was clean but after walking barefoot you can tell they barely mopped. I love the area and the amenities, I just wished they were better about fixing things, I did notice the quality of house was poor compared to last, not sure what had happened. I hope to stay in a different home next year.

Cute home but disappointing property management

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at the Lookout for the 4th of July and this experience wasn't great! Our A/C was broken so they provided portable units for some of the spaces, but not all. They hooked one of the units up incorrectly so it just blew hot air in a bedroom and didn't fix it for THREE days despite MANY phone calls. The units were VERY bulky and VERY loud!!! This isn't an overly roomy home so they were very cumbersome and quite disruptive. The Lookout gave us a nominal discount for our stay but in our eyes it wasn't nearly enough for the numerous phone calls we had to make, the noise level, the amount of technicians in and out of the home for the first four days of our 6 day stay! Overall REALLY disappointed with management as I left a message on the general manager's voicemail, never called me back. Left THREE messages with the office for the manager to call me back, never did. Not at ALL the type of customer service you'd expect when paying $800-1000 a night. All in all....service doesn't match the price point!!!! It is a cute home, well decorated, however lacking closet/storage space. There is a pantry off the kitchen but it is locked so the only space to store a weeks worth of food is on the counter. The closets in the upstairs bedroom are these teeny cubby-like units. My husband is 6'8" so he literally had to bend in half to retrieve anything from the closet. All in all, we left very disappointed with our experience. Lookout management you can do better!!!!

Unfortunately it's the second year in a row where a fire hung in the air. We enjoy the Relax Inn every year - it's a great house. Construction across the way did put a damper on things - they cut siding at 6 am and construction dust made the front of the house unusable during the day (but owners came on the weekend so this may have been a last minute push). We loved the changes to the beach area - several layers of beach chairs with umbrellas were added this year so people could spread out. We enjoyed the regular text communications from the Lookout as they had more organized activities this year. Overall we really enjoy the lookout in Chelan as a family of four getaway.

The house was lovely with plenty of room for the six of us. Besides the pools and beach, the best part was sitting on the front porch in the evening while our grandsons played on the grass and made friends with the other kids and dogs. We would definitely do this again.

We found the house spotless, ready for our enjoyment at the time promised and never had to contact the management company during our 5 day stay. *The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to make all your meals at home and nothing was broken or in poor shape. *Sitting on the front porch with a cup of coffee was the highlight of our morning. The neighbors seemed to mingle on the shared green space --children who were strangers became instant friends and conversations between locals and visitors flowed freely. *We enjoyed the spacious hot tub in the evenings and everything about it was perfect. 6 people can easily fit in the tub at one time. *The teens in our group enjoyed the pickle ball courts and pools that were immaculate.*My favorite part of the trip was to walk into a stylish house that felt as clean as my home (I didn't have to re-clean anything to get started), to not have to contact management about one thing and just purely relax on vacation. That's what a vacation home should be!*We rented a boat and spent the day on Lake Chelan- a highlight of the group since tubing is something everyone enjoyed, young and old. The scenery is absolutely stunning. I didn't feel like a tourist when I came to this area, I felt like a local and staying in this house was a key part of that feeling. *On the day of checkout, we thought our reservation was one day longer. It was truly our mistake when I checked the paperwork. The cleaning ladies came at 1100 to clean the house and were very professional about breaking the news that it was time for us to depart and new guests were coming in 5 hours. They waited patiently for us to pack our things over the next hour - it was a bit awkward for us as we scrambled to leave, but they were very understanding & kind. We left with a smile on our face and many good memories.We would chose this hous

There was not one detail forgotten in stocking and decorating this home, and it really was relaxing..even with children. We loved the decor, tv's in every room, the hot tub, the outdoor furniture, and just the feel of the home. Even though we were here before all of the lake and swimming festivities, we enjoyed the basketball and pickleball courts down by the water the most. It's a short and beautiful little hike down to them, and we had them all to ourselves :) We would definitely stay in this home again!

Nice Stay shortened by Fires

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately we had to pack up and head out only a day and a half into our four day stay. We love the Relax Inn but were disappointed by the lack of guests following Covid rules (no masks or distancing on buggy to and down by the beach). I felt badly for the workers. Also when fires popped up outside of town and scary smoke and ash engulfed the Lookout we asked staff for advice on getting local news for updates but mostly got shrugs. I understand they may be used to it but there really should be some communication plans to make guests feel safe. Our phones kept buzzing with emergency evacuation orders nearby but we had no idea how close or far those places were! We ended up packing up and heading home. It was very disappointing.
