The Fast River Home at Beebe Ranch is nestled along the Lake Entiat portion of the Columbia river. This high-bank waterfront vacation rental offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. 13 minutes to downtown Chelan, 8 minutes to Beebe Bridge Park and 10 minutes to Chelan Falls Park (boat launch, tennis/pickleball courts, swimming areas, and playground). This serene retreat has unobstructed views up and down the river and the surrounding hillside, private in-ground heated swimming pool (12'x25' and 3 1/2' to 5 1/2' deep - seasonally open, typically mid May thru mid October), hot tub (open year round), large covered back patio with BBQ propane grill and patio furniture, outdoor fire pit, ample off-street parking, and a flat grassy yard for games.

The inside features a spacious open great room with vaulted pine ceilings, gas fireplace, TV in the living room and every bedroom, en suite bathrooms for every bedroom and the bunk room, full washer/dryer, larger dining table for 8 plus 4 more at the kitchen island.

This 3 bedroom plus bunk room and den sleeps 10 comfortably. Whether you want to get away with family, friends or a peaceful romantic escape, you will find all the comforts of home plus outstanding views!

Amazing home

This house was perfect for my friends and i on our bachelor/golf trip. Plenty of sleeping space, great home layout, awesome pool and the owners are great hosts. Very easy process would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful house and scenery. Well stocked and communication with owner was great. It was just the relaxing trip my family needed. The pool was a huge perk. The location is a great to get into Chelan quickly. Can’t wait to go back!

Quiet and Relaxing Stay in a Beautiful Home

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Fast Home. It is very quiet and peaceful, with a big back yard for games and a tranquil view of the river. Great for stargazing too!There is a new grill and a very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Chelan is only 15 minutes away for restaurants and activities. Excellent pool and hot tub, and there are parks, tennis and pickleball courts nearby.We stayed with two other families, and there was room for all of us. The kids especially loved the bunk room upstairs, and they set up volleyball, cross net, and spike ball in the back yard. The hosts are just the nicest people. Super friendly, responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again! Even the kids were asking when we could come back.

Spectacular waterfront home

Best vacation house we’ve ever stayed in. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the location, cleanliness, and overall comfort of this breathtaking home. Our family travels 3-4 times per year and have stayed in a lot of places but this has been our favorite overall VRBO to date. Super close to the boat launch and only 12 minutes from Chelan resturaunts. Can’t wait to book another trip!

Peaceful Getaway on the Columbia River – Perfect for Families!We recently stayed at this beautiful home on the Columbia River with two families (7 people total), and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely stunning—nestled in a quiet valley surrounded by orchards, with gorgeous river views and unforgettable sunsets every night.The house was spotless when we arrived and well set up for a group like ours. One family had the upstairs, and the other stayed on the main floor, which gave everyone privacy while still feeling connected. The neighborhood was peaceful and clean, perfect for bike rides with the kids and a refreshing change of pace from the city life we’re used to.There’s so much to do nearby—plenty of boat launch spots, parks with great swimming access, and the crystal-clear water made fishing especially fun. The kids loved the small pool, and the hot tub was a great bonus for the adults, even though it was on the smaller side.Chelan is just a short drive away, which made it easy to pop into town for shopping, dining, and even a trip to the waterpark with the kids.The host was extremely responsive and made sure everything was in perfect condition for our stay. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly escape. We’re already talking about coming back again!

We stayed three nights at this home (about 1,500 per night after taxes and fees) and overall had a wonderful stay. The layout worked so well for our group, with every bedroom having its own bathroom and very comfortable beds. The views were beautiful, and we loved the outdoor space — plenty of room for games, plus corn hole boards and pickleball paddles were a fun bonus. The EV charger was very convenient, and the location made quick trips into town easy. Inside, the board games and multiple game systems gave us extra ways to relax and enjoy time together.A few small touches could make the experience even better: the kitchen was missing a couple basics (like a whisk and large salad bowl), bathrooms had only small combo shampoo/conditioner bottles, and the Wii system didn’t work for us. The pool was a bit smaller than expected, but it was spotless, well-maintained, and at a perfect temperature — we still made great use of it. The only real challenge was a fruit fly issue that persisted despite traps being set; it didn’t ruin our time, but resolving it would make a big difference.All in all, this is a beautiful, well-kept home where we made wonderful memories. We’d happily recommend it and would stay again, especially once the fruit fly issue is addressed.

Beautiful modern house with picturesque views!

What a beautiful home and stunning location! The spacious living space flowed naturally into the kitchen. We loved all of the windows that bring in the views of the river and the mountains. Our family posted up there for hours! The outdoor living space was plentiful and accommodating, we played cornhole on the lawn and took a dip in the pool we got a little warm. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were thoughtfully equipped. The linens and towels felt very fresh and high quality. We didn’t even need to use our phone chargers because they were already plugged in and provided on every bedside. The kitchen supplies felt like new and there were useful practical items stocked like aluminum foil, olive oil, and a few basic spices - which many hosts fail to provide. Would 100% stay again some time! Amazing Vrbo!

Our family has lived in Lake Stevens for the past 23 years. Much of that time has included vacationing to the Orondo/Chelan area. We love being outdoors and enjoying all the beauty that Washington has to offer! Building this home was a long process and we are so excited to be able to offer it to other families that want to escape the day to day business of normal life and enjoy some time away while still having all the comforts of home with the added bonus of the Columbia River in your back yard!

Why they chose this property

We love the large, well kept, private riverfront homes in Beebe Ranch that are set away from busy roads. It is the perfect area to take a walk/run and even let the kids ride their bikes. The neighbors look out for one another and it truly feels like a community.

What makes this property unique

We designed our home with family in mind. Each bedroom and the bonus room have their own, private, en suite bathroom! Plus an additional powder room on the main floor. The open concept of the bright great room allows you to be part of the conversation from any area. Enjoy cooking in the large kitchen with plenty of counter space and a top of the line electric double oven range. The covered back patio is the perfect place to relax while you soak up the beauty of the Columbia river and surrounding hillside. Cool off in the private pool in the fully fenced back yard. At the end of the night, you can soak in the large upstairs primary bedroom bathtub and let your stresses wash away.
