Waterfront with Amazing Views, Pool & Private Beach

The Seacliff is a unique property situated on a cliff with breathtaking views of the Long Island Sound from the master bedroom, kitchen, living room and deck. Imagine yourself taking a dip in your own pool after a long walk on the private beach.

We have beautiful and lush greenery and many chill zones that invite you to sit back and relax. The house is very airy and bright with central air.

This house is very special to us and we paid attention to all the little details. We love coming here and we leave every time a little bit happier and more relaxed. We hope that this house will have the same effect on you. The house was just completely renovated and everything is in great condition.

You will be able to comfortably sleep 6 people in the 3 bedrooms.

We have a separate pool house with a fully renovated bathroom, which will make rinsing off after the beach or the pool a breeze.

A kayak, paddle board and many outdoor & indoor games will keep you entertained for hours.

Stairs to the beach are right next to the house. The beach is very typical for the Long Island sound with a mix of sand and rocks & shells closer to the water.

Please note that we are situated on a cliff. While we do allow kids, make sure to pay attention to the drops and keep an eye on the little ones at all times.

We have a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience, as well as an outdoor bar and grill.

Parking on premises for 3 cars max.

The entire main house is for you to enjoy. We also have a one bedroom apartment on premises with a separate entrance that is vacant and which we do not rent.

Please note that we have security cameras in front of the house for added safety.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beach house the last 2 weeks of August. A great lawn for the grandkids to playon and and we all loved the pool .The house has been renovated to high standards with an open floor plan. Kitchen had every appliance, including an air fryer and espresso coffee maker, but no microwave. Outdoor furniture was equally high end and very comfortable. Private beach is just a few minutes walk on the path next to the house. Be aware of high and low tides.Owner Katja was a great communicator and responded to our questions immediately. Thank you for letting us use your Wonderful house.

Relaxing Getaway with an Amazing View!

The view - you can't beat waking up every morning to the unobstructed view of the water and later, watching the sunset followed by a full sky of stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at Frank and Katja's home on the beach. Frank and Katja are gracious hosts and communication was easy and instantaneous. Their tastefully decorated home is modern and spacious for a family of six with plenty of room to relax inside and out. We cooked in most nights, using the gas grill and the fully equipped kitchen and dining on the deck with an ocean view which was outstanding. We also visited several of the nearby restaurants. Our favorite was Orto - excellent menu and bring your own wine... The location of this house really sets it apart from the others. It was an easy five minute walk to the private beach that was never crowded. We enjoyed taking the kayak and paddle board out on the mostly calm waters as well as long walks along the pebbly beach. Best was coming back to the house for a dip in the pool - very refreshing and well-maintained. We highly recommend this home if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation with plenty to do within a short drive. We hope to be back next summer!

A wonderful home!!

Hard to find the words to accurately describe how wonderful a time we had here this summer. As beautiful as the house looks in the pictures, the photos do not do this house justice - the house and surroundings are even more spectacular in person. It’s clear Katja and Frank love this house - you can see it in every detail throughout. The layout, furnishing and decor are wonderful. The house is clean and has everything you could ever need. The pool area is kept beautifully with great furniture and a great little pool house that is really useful and convenient. The backyard is landscaped nicely and has a perfect view - absolutely perfect view. The house and surroundings have so many thoughtful touches - every detail will make you happy. Katja was an absolute pleasure to work with and was on top of everything from start to finish - every question was answered and every problem resolved quickly. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer - but we’ll be sure to come back often!

We had an excellent stay here! Even though it was a bit cold to enjoy the pool and beach, the property is beautiful with amazing views. The owners are very responsive and helpful and the place was extremely clean and well organized, I would love to go again!

A Miller Place gem

The house is just perfect. Beautifully decorated, recently renovated, and well equipped. The setting could not be more beautiful - views of the the sound, sunsets and lovely pool. Hosts were very responsive. Hope to return very soon.

Gorgeous View!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beach house. The house is comfortable and clean and beautifully decorated. The view of the Long Island Sound is incredible. We spent an entire day on the Sun deck relaxing. We would definitely return!

Beautiful house and location

Stayed with some friends and had a wonderful weekend. Great location with gorgeous views - couldn't ask for a better place to wake up each morning! Easy to drive further into Long Island and visit the vineyards, and we bought some fresh seafood to cook on the grill at night. We've already discussed making our stay here a yearly occurrence!

Awesome place with an amazing view!

The place was beyond our expectations. It was very clean, luxurious, and well prepared. Everything we expected and needed were already there and everything was very well organized and high quality. Katja was very responsive and kind to answer all of our questions and have welcome drinks for us! We loved every single detail of the house. The backyard and the view is unbelievable. We are planning on visiting the house again and would definitely recommend to others!
