Wooded Farm House just 3.5 miles from Kyle Field. This gorgeous 5 bedroom 4.25 bathroom 3400 sq ft home is perfect for your game day weekend. Living room boasts picture windows, beautiful natural lighting, vaulted ceiling, and wood beams. The first floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. Also downstairs is one bedroom with two twin beds and 1.25 bathrooms. Upstairs contains four additional bedrooms: the master suite which includes a king bed, jetted tub, steam shower and 50” Smart TV; 2 bedrooms with two twin beds each and one bedroom with two double beds; and 2 additional full size bathrooms. Last but not least, step outside to the beautiful backyard complete with sitting area, grill, large playscape for children all situated on a wooded1.5 acre corner lot.

Please note this is a family home and is lived in off and on during the year. Outdoor security cameras are on this property.

Great Place to stay in College Station!

What a great house to stay in for my Aggies Ring Weekend! We had lots of room in the house for family to stay and enjoy. We liked being out in the country but not far from A&M. Very enjoyable stay…We’d do it again if we have the opportunity

Great place to stay for families!

House was clean and had plenty of space. It was perfect for our family get away with kids. Kids loved the huge yard, basketball goal and playscape. The heat in some of the rooms was too hot or not hot enough but it was to be expected with the size of the house and temperature being 30 degrees outside.

Best House Ever

We can’t say enough good about this place. The house is magnificent, the yard front and back are great. Tv with covered outside patio. A very good play set for the kids. We will stay at this house every time we come to college station. We have stayed in a lot of homes, the touches on this home were so nice.

Great stay for Aggie graduation

We had a wonderful 2-night stay for Aggie graduation. The property served us well, with guests ages 3-83: plenty of hang out space, more than enough bedrooms, the BBQ, the yard and playset. All was great.

Enjoyable stay

There were 10 of us here for the A&M game. The house is easy to find and far enough away from the busyness of game day on campus. Our granddaughter loved the playscape and I was grateful for the kitchen size and conveniences. All of the main bedrooms are upstairs which could affect guests with mobility issues. We planned to let my parents have the master since it was the only bedroom with a king bed. They had a little trouble with the stairs. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for opening up your home.

Game day weekend with friends

Great place for a larger group (we had 5 couples). Plenty of room for everyone and comfortable. Nice outside area for grilling or relaxing.

Nice family gathering spot

The home was well represented online. My in-laws, and sister-in-laws family joined ours for two nights in College Station for an A&M game. Check in was easy and the owner was very responsive with the few questions we had. Recommend the place for staying in the future.

We rented this house for a game day weekend and were not disappointed. The house is even better in person than in the photos. The backyard setup is ideal for grilling/chilling and the furnishings are very comfortable.

Great Spot With Amazing Backyard

We stayed at the house in September of 2020 and we loved it. The place has plenty of room and the backyard is great for kids. We had tons of room and would highly recommend this place.

Perfection.

We have a large group that is hard to accommodate and this home was perfect...everyone had the space that they needed and the location allowed all of our college kids easy access to come and enjoy a home cooked meal and visit with us. Amazingly clean and some perfect little touches...like packets of toiletries for those that were forgotten. Perfect weekend.

College Station. Game weekend

Great all. 2 comments. Personal stuff throughout the house. Cabinets, showers, etc. little uncomfortable. Also, all but two BRs had trundle beds. Kinda weird. All said, we’d stay again and would recommend.

Great House with lots of Space

We had a lovely visit to College Station with our stay in this House. The House is large with plenty of space for a group of 10. The bedrooms are all nice and several have a connected bath. The Kitchen is extremely well stocked. The host is also wonderful, answering any questions quickly. Most of all the location is close to all things Aggies and very convenient. Nice porch and backyard to enjoy the outside.
