This is a unique, 5-bedroom country casa, located on 24 ac., perfect for your visit to Bryan/ College Station. This home was built in 1979 by an A&M/NASA Engineer and creatively restored in 2024. The layout of the home is simply the most functional design I have ever seen. Every room has access to outside, through 14 sliding glass doors!. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, 2 bunk beds, and 1 futon, this tremendous property offers ample space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The cozy bedrooms are complemented by 3 full bathrooms. Enjoy cooking with new, high end kitchen appliances and outdoor grills.. Whether you're here for an Aggie football game (15 Minutes from Kyle Field), sports tournament, wedding (adjacent to Peach Creek Ranch) or anything else, this home offers convenience of location, privacy, stunning country setting and spaces for people to both gather and separate. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Bring a pole if you like to fish! Owners live on property. Far enough away for privacy but close enough to address any issue promptly. We love this home. It's perfect for your group or family!

As this is a new short term rental property, we thought it best to "beta test" our setup. We invited 2 groups to stay back to back. Here is some of their feedback...

This place was amazing! The location is quiet, secluded, and beautiful, yet its only about a 10-12 minute drive to the city and campus.

The house is extremely spacious and very clean. We had 10 people and everyone had plenty of space. There were tv’s in every room!

The kitchen is amazing with everything you need to cook your own meals. The living room is huge and a great place to watch the game or play games with the family.

All the home appliances are top notch. The kids really enjoyed the bunkbed room.

It has a fenced backyard with nice grass to play on with plenty of space to eat outside. The beds are very comfortable and the place smells really nice.

The owner is just down the street and is super friendly and easy to work with. He responded immediately to our questions and requests. It rained while we were there, so the covered parking was a plus.

The master bedroom is huge and fantastic with a great walk-in shower.

We will definitely return every time we are in college station.

GREAT GROUP HOUSE!

This was the PERFECT spot for a multi-generational family get together. The property feels secluded and relaxing, yet it's only 15 minutes from A&M campus! The owner/ host made everything so easy. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in many a VRBO in College Station and this has been our favorite one so far! We booked it for a wedding at a nearby venue and all of our extended family used this place to gather in between events. It was so comfortable and peaceful. There is an abundance of seating and five very nice bedrooms, which made for a very pleasant stay for everyone! The owner is very helpful, as well, making sure we had everything we needed. If we have another event in College Station, this will be our go-to house!

Graduation Party

We had such a wonderful experience at this beautiful country home! The property was spotless, check-in was a breeze, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. Despite being tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area, it was still conveniently located close to everything we needed. Successful boardgame event

We had a boardgame event we hosted at this property and we needed a lot of space for the game we wanted to play. We were able to fit 20 people for the event itself, and had about 8 people sleep on the property. The house itself is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The host was an excellent communicator. Would 100% stay here again.

Family gathering

We chose this property because it was close to our wedding venue and had the number of bedrooms and bathrooms that we needed. It is a beautiful property. It’s very private and has everything that you could ask for. The host was so gracious and made sure that we had everything that we needed. He communicated with me before and during our stay to make sure all our needs were met. We had a wonderful time while staying here. Thank you Will for being such a great host. I highly recommend this property.

My wife and I both grew up here in College Station. We both left for a few years however, we both moved back to our hometown to raise a family here. This is our town and we love showing it off! Hosting is an honor and privilege. We believe in being hosts that are accessible when needed while allowing for comfort and privacy for our guests. Our home is on the other side of this 24 ac property. Close enough to provide any assistance.

This area is close to everything while being an incredible hideaway surrounded by nature. You are minutes from A&M, shopping and restaurants. The property adjoins the beautiful Peach Creek Ranch wedding venue and event center, making it the perfect choice for convenient lodging.

What makes this property unique

My wife and I discovered and purchased this property in 2023. Initially, this home was going to be torn down and the foundation used for other purposes. When we first entered the house, two weeks after purchase, we were amazed that we were told it was a "tear down". The unique design and layout, the beautiful Saltillo tile floors and the incredible functionality of the house lead us to save and delightfully restore the structure. It allows for both private and gathering spaces. It shines as a place for hosting. There is plenty of parking including 2 covered spaces. We know that once you experience this home, you will want to come back again!
