This bright and cheery condo is waiting for you to create long-lasting vacation memories! A fireplace is ready to provide warmth in winter, and the deck is perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. There is a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, and you'll have access to resort-style amenities on-site.

Access to pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a children's playground right in the condo community. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are close by at both Alpine Meadows and the beautiful Squaw Valley Resort, home to the 1960's Olympic winter games. Summer is filled with activities such as fishing at the Truckee River, rafting, and numerous hiking and bike trails. If you are there on a Thursday evening, check out Truckee Thursdays, a fun family night with arts and crafts, food trucks, and entertainment.

Nice place

To be honest we enjoyed our stay but The garbage disposal and dishwasher aren't working. The fridge barely get cold on the coldest temperature. The Bbq leaks gas and the microwave sounds like its on it's last leg. Place was very clean in a great neighborhood and location.

You cannot stay here until the owner makes serious health and safety improvements. Had amazing potential with location to the lake and amazing surroundings but at this time it shouldn’t pass codes. My 7 year old son was trapped in their downstairs bathroom for over 20 minutes because the door is broken, there is black mold on the ceiling of the shower, a hole in the bathroom door, the carpet is gross, the dishwasher was full of sitting water when we got there, carpet stained and couch smelled like cat pee. Too bad because price and location and bones of the place have good potential.

Comfy and cozy

We have an annual girls weekend 3 of us who are now 50 and have been friends since Jr High school. We were able to do some crafting, a little baking, and relax and watch movies all day. We did use the hot tub as well which was pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure for the shower was amazing We enjoyed our stay

When you it arrive there are signs to remove your shoes, however, the floors are visibly dirty and you can expect your feet to be black within minutes. This place is advertised as a 2 bathroom; please be aware it is NOT. There is no shower in the downstairs bathroom. Not to mention the door does not close or if it does expect to get stuck in there. There is NO ACCESSS AT ALL to the pools/hot tubs! Trying to contact the property management was a disaster (via chat and phone) - they continuously gave a generic message with no solution. The lake is NOT WALKING DISTANCE at all.

Good Place To Rest/Sleep

This worked well for us to have a place to sleep and relax after a full days exploring the Lake Tahoe area. We didn't spend a ton a time at the VRBO. We didn't even turn on the TV as there is so much to do. We saw the negative reviews. The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The Vacasa team messaged us directly and responded to quickly when we had questions.

Cozy place but needs an update

It’s a great and cozy condo for a family trip. The kitchen, washer and dryer were a plus. It did get a bit warm during the night (no a/c) so we used the fans. The place could use an update and a deep cleaning. Downstairs bathroom door didn’t shut all the way.

Very unclean, bedding was dirty with black hair on them and dirt, carpets are filthy, 4 people stayed and we were only supplied 2 bath towels and only one wash cloth. the grill was filthy. Anf false advertising, no hot to be found. I want all of my money refunded.

Great location but room for improvement

Clean unit with comfortable beds in a great location. It's about a 10 min walk to a great sandy beach. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities. Board games provided. You must know that there is no cable on the TV and does not work at all if you don't bring a streaming device like Chromecast or Firestick. There are also no beach chairs, beach towels, coolers or anything provided for you to have a fun day on the beach so this is why I rated it so much lower. Also, no map of the property was included and I could not even find the community pool area. Otherwise, it was very spacious and relaxing for our family of 4.

Do not consider this place!

This place is filthy!! We reserved for two nights but could barely manage to step inside. We didn’t unpack anything, sat on folding chairs in the parking spot for hours in the evening as the power was out from about 6pm until 3am. Never slept. Vacated as soon as we could. The carpets are disgustingly dirty, the place smells awful, the walls are dirty and checking the bedrooms (by flashlight) showed cobwebs everywhere on the ceilings. It made my skin crawl. I’m expecting a refund but communication has been awful. I still haven’t heard from anyone “local” about the issues although someone from Vacasa has registered my concerns.

ruined vacation

very unfortunate experience. I'm a avid golfer who wanted to watch the U S Open over this weekend as my wife was involved in a event and I was going to enjoy golf on T.V. But the T. V. didn't work. I e-mailed 3 times to your e-mail and got no response. We left 1 day early so I could get home to watch the final round. VERY DISAPPOINTED in your service. Unhappy Renter

Strange experience

When we arrived around 7:30 the back sliding door was wide open. We checked around and it didn’t look like anything was missing or damaged, but of course we’ve never been here before. When we drove in there was a bear walking around, which was not unexpected, but when we found the door open it made us a bit nervous. The downstairs carpet had debris blown in from the outside and was already dirty and/or stained. We also noticed there were dead bugs on the upstairs carpet, which made us question how thoroughly the place had been cleaned. Vacasa offered to refund our cleaning fee, which is appreciated, but hasn’t happened yet, so hopefully that will occur in the next few days. We used the oven the first night to cook our dinner and the cleaning latch locked when we closed the oven door. We could not get the latch to unlock, but eventually were able to wiggle the door enough to open it. As soon as we closed it the latch locked again. After a long, hungry car ride we were pretty unhappy to have our pizza locked in the oven. Speaking of appliances, the sign posted by Vacasa requests that you clean your dishes or start the dishwasher before checkout. We started the dishwasher and after about 5 minutes noticed water leaking out onto the floor. We cleaned up the water and shut off the dishwasher, but it didn’t sound like the water drained so we didn’t open it. On a positive note, the location is great. Easy walk to the lake and close to downtown Tahoe City. The kitchen had basic cooking equipment, which was nice. We also enjoyed the games that were provided. Overall, we had a great time. If the appliances are fixed, carpets cleaned/replaced, and cleaned more thoroughly in general, it could easily earn 4-5 stars.

Needs updating

we arrived exactly at: 4:01 pm to the beds not being made, no clean towels, and a very dirty condo. I wasn't cleaned at all. The condo needs updating, A LOT of updating. I was am sick dealing with cancer and expected to be able to take my pm nap when I got in at 4. unfortunately we didn't have any beds to sleep in. I laid on the couch and they finally came in and cleaned around 6pm.. TV did not work either. I was supposed to get a refund for the cleaning but they took that deposit anyway. Very very disappointed. I liked the pool and hot tub but the condo was pretty bad.
