Affordable North Lake Tahoe Condo

No long term rentals beyond 2 weeks.
This beautiful, tri-level condo is just east of Tahoe City. It is close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, NorthStar and Homewood ski areas. A perfect winter wonderland. In summer you can walk to Skylandia Beach, on breathtaking Lake Tahoe or walk into town on the bike path. You will find great restaurants and shopping. Or, just stay at the condo and swim or play tennis. The North Shore Casinos are about a 15 minute drive away.

This unit is part of the Villa's Townhouse complex, located in a natural setting surrounded by pine trees. The condo has a loft master suite bedroom. There are also two bedrooms with a full bath on the lower floor. There are steps down and up to unit from parking lot and the unit is 3 levels.

Perfect for 3 seniors in Tahoe walking the trails: kitchen space to make up trail lunches, kicking back with a beer on the deck after a day out and then making up big plates of carbs ready for the next day. O, and plenty of space for all-day Sunday football on TV. Tahoe City is nearby for breakfast at Rosie's and beer at 3 Sheets and National Brewing, both lakeside. 5 Lakes Trail and Ellis Peak both highly recommended.

We had a great time staying at the townhouse. It was easy to find. It was a good experience. We would definitely stay again if we ever came up to Lake Tahoe again for a work conference.

You really need to think about the heating system. We were FREEZING in the lower larger bedroom the first night, even with the heater turned up into the 70's and with me opening the heater vent in that room, which had been left closed tight. We piled on the blankets as best we could and shivered through the night. For the next two nights we moved to the smaller upstairs loft bedroom, and the heat level was fine. The outside temperature was in the mid-low 40's both nights and suspect it could be colder. Other than that, there was the minor annoyance with the front door key storage system which needs some lubricant, or perhaps a replacement. All else went well. We really appreciate your handling of our meltdown over the thought we had locked ourselves out, which we hadn't - my wife's bottomless purse was the problem.

Perfect spot for a Lake Tahoe visit

This comfortable and lovely townhome is the perfect spot for a Lake Tahoe vacation with plenty of room inside to spread out or gather. It is also in a wonderful location with easy access to both the beach and downtown Tahoe City.

Wonderful Tahoe Family Ski Trip!

We created lasting family memories while on our stay here! We stayed for 3 nights, skied for 2 days. Condo is located in pine trees. We stayed right next to the lake a few years ago and my wife liked this location better because of the trees. We would stay her again.

Why they chose this property

Recently updated in November 2018. Includes new laminate flooring in entry area, living and kitchen rooms. New quartz counters in kitchen and upstairs bedroom along with new kitchen sink, over the stove microwave and new paint. Living room has a new rug under the coffee table and some new wall hangings.
Downstairs bathroom was completely redone within last 5 years along with new mattresses in bedrooms.
