steps to Maui's best sandy beach (perfect for family swimming and very kid friendly), this home literally has something for all ages.

Upon entering the front door, you'll instantly feel the cozy beach vibe in the chef's kitchen with quartz countertops and adjacent living room. Find 4 bedrooms close by which includes 2 master bedrooms and 2 guest bedrooms, one of which also has a bunk bed in it (perfect for kids). Because everything is brand new as of Sept 2018, you'll be on of the first to enjoy 1000 thread count sheets, central air conditioning, fast wifi, new linens, custom furniture and a large pool with "lounging shelf" perfect for sun bathing and safe for kids to enjoy shallow waters.

Exit the gate and walk just 40 steps to Maui's best sandy beach which is bay protected. Rarely is there a day that turtle sightings don't take place. This beach was voted the #2 best beach in Hawaii!

This was such a great house! The pool was a godsend. It had a shallow wading side perfect for my 2 year old grandson. He loved it! Very close to the beach as well as a coastal walking trail (which we loved!), and a cove where you can spot sea turtles. Communication with the host was top notch and love that they provided restaurant recommendations, house instructions, as well as an email with additional info such as house layout prior to our stay so we could manage room assignments before we got there. Beach chairs and pool toys were also a nice feature. Definitely would come back!!

Lovely location Children had a great time in the pool .House was well equipped. Fabulous house with pool and quick walk to the beach

Nirvana!

The house was perfect for our family of eight (including a two year old). Everyone loved the pool, privacy and beautifully landscaped grounds. Being literally three minutes from the beach was such a plus. We walked down every morning and evening for the sunrises/sunsets. I highly recommend this property ! It made our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed Maui!

Great property in a conveniente location

We absolutely loved the property. It has everything that we needed and some more. The location couldn’t have been better. The bay at the end of the street is great for snorkeling and taking pictures specially at sunset. Everything in this house is well planned and ready to be enjoyed. The property manager Myra was awesome and she stayed well communicated with us all the time. Beautiful property!

Beautiful home

Location was perfect. House was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Only downside was a noisy pool pump that came on at 5:00am and didn't shut off until 7:00pm. For the person sleeping in the bedroom on the east side of house the pool pump coming on acted as an alarm clock at 5am.

Family Vacation

My family of 8 had a wonderful stay in Napoli. The location of the home is fantastic and there were enough rooms for us to have our own space. While the interior living area is small the outdoor space is fantastic! The only issue we had was we did not get entry information until we reached out the day of arrival which was a little stressful. Also the smoke alarm went off in our kids room in the middle of the night for no reason. Other than that it was a great vacation!

Love this rental home!

This was an amazing home to rent. First of all we arrived in Hawaii at 10:30pm and did not get to the property until after midnight. Because of out late arrival we were sent videos to walk us through the house. They showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The house was very clean and comfortable to sleep. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The pool right outside was great. The kids were in there every night even at spending all day at the beach. The beach was a very short walk from the house. There is a grocery store just up the road which was very convenient. Everything about this rental made our first ever family vacation even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Perfect set up for our family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property near Napili beach. We had 6 adults and 5 kids (9-13) staying in the house and it was a perfect fit for us. The set up allowed each couple/family to have their own bedroom and bathroom with the kids sharing the bunk room with a provided floor pull out. We were happy to have access to a washer and dryer to wash towels and clothes throughout the week. The kitchen was also well stocked. The beach was just a short walk away and we loved that beach chairs were available for use. Kids and adults alike enjoyed both snorkeling and boogie boarding in the bay. We had particularly large waves for a portion of the time that we were there and it was easy to send the 9 year olds back to the house to swim in the pool with the grandparents watching while the older kids and other adults continued to enjoy the beach and big waves. The pool and slide got plenty of use morning and night as well. We personally felt secure and safe with the gated entry to the residence, and never had to worry about our belongings and rental cars. Myra the property manager was wonderful to work with and very communicative throughout the process. We would definitely recommend staying here to others in the future. Thank you for a wonderful, worry free stay.

Wonderful property and location!! A must stay!

Cannot say enough good things about this rental home. Perfect location, wonderful home, excellent service. Management team is friendly and welcoming. The home itself is clean, perfect in size and well maintained. The home has 4 bedrooms and plenty of space for clothes. I saw comments about this but we had no issues. 3 rooms have closet space which was plenty for our 9 day trip. The kitchen and outdoor eating area was perfect, along with the grill. Three rooms have televisions but we rarely turned them on since we were enjoying all Maui has to offer instead of watching TV! We loved having the pool. It was a perfect size for our group of 6. The location is literally a minute to the beach which is just a walk down the street. It is perfect for snorkeling, paddle/boogie boards, or just enjoying an ocean walk. There is a restaurant across the street that has a nice happy hour menu. Two other restaurants right at the beach. I would book this house again in a heartbeat….and likely will!

Perfect spot for 3-Generation Family Vacation in Paradise

This house was the perfect spot for our Maui Family Vacation. There were 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids ages 6 years to 12 years) celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The kids loved the pool and the fenced yard provided a private oasis for sitting outside on the lanai. To accommodate all the kids one grandchild slept on a mattress on the floor in the bunk room, but they loved being all together on one room. Napili beach was just a three-minute walk from the house and great for sitting on the sand, snorkeling, and low-wave splashing for the kids. And we all walked down to the beach every evening to watch the sunset. Several other great beaches were just a short drive away when we wanted bigger waves for boogie boarding and other snorkeling spots. The property managers were great. They checked in via text to get our arrival time and someone met us at the house to welcome us and give us a tour of the home's amenities. Then they sent a couple texts during our stay to check-in and make sure our vacation was going smoothly. I would give this property 5 stars in every category (5+ for the location) and will definitely consider staying here again if we plan another Maui vacation.
