UPDATE: The house, the views from the house, and the surrounding area (Napili) have not been damaged by the wildfires in Lahaina Town that occurred in Aug. 2023. The house is far enough (6.4 miles) from the nearest wildfire. Utilities in Napili are fine. The house is able to accommodate guests now.

The 4,400 square foot home sits just 300 feet from the ocean and is on a whopping half acre private lot which is gated. It feels more like your own private resort than a home. Enjoy 6 bedrooms including 3 master suites and 5 bathrooms, a large bar, an 8 feet deep and large pool, 2 large living rooms including a game area for all ages, and amazing ocean view. Enjoy Hawaii in luxury and with the upmost privacy.
Upon entering the home on the main level, you'll be taken aback by amazing views of the ocean out the floor to ceiling sliding doors. The living room is an excellent gathering space for large groups with an oversized sectional sofa with sleeper. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil and cooking tool that you'll need. You can also elect to dine on the huge deck overlooking the ocean. There are a large dining table (8) and bar table (4) for 12 for dining while listening to the sound of breaking waves just a few hundred feet away. The master bedroom on the upper level has a private bathroom and allows those sleeping to have a view of the ocean from bed. There is another bedroom with king bed and a bathroom across the hallway on the upper level as well as a loft/nook.

Take the stairs down to the lower level where you'll find the large bar, second living room with game area. The bar is stocked with refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Adjacent to the bar is the game area which includes ping pong and foosball. There is a large sectional sofa that sits in front of a 65' flat screen TV. The lower level has 4 bedrooms, the first of which is so large that we put two king beds in it with plenty of room to spare. There is a private bathroom connected to this room. Down the hall there are 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with king bed, and a hallway bathroom. Continue further down the hall to a huge bedroom with king bed and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors out to the pool. There is a private bathroom connected to this bedroom.

Guests have raved about this home for many reasons. Some love the oversized swimming pool right outside the front door. Some love eating meals on the back deck with spectacular views of the ocean. Some love the short minute walk to the beach. Some love the world class golf, snorkeling, scuba diving and fine dining all within 3 minutes of the home. No matter what you seek, this home provides activities for all. There is even a grocery store, a BBQ restaurant, fast food, fitness gym, and grocery within walking distance of the home for all your shopping and daily needs. Please be considerate for the neighbors as this house is in a quiet residential area. Quiet hours are from 7:00 pm to 8:30 am. Pool hours are from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. The pool hours do NOT apply to the upstairs huge lanai of dining/living room and master bedroom with the great ocean and sunset views where everyone will love to spend time.
