Erholsame Tage in Wolmar
Saubere, ansprechende kleine Appartementanlage in Wolmar, in der sich u.a. ein Supermarkt und ein Geldwechsler befinden. Mein Appartement war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Neben der Küche mit Kochplatte, Mikrowelle, Heißwasserbereiter, separatem Backofen gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Die Umgebung ist sowohl tags als auch nachts ruhig. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.
Der Weg zum Strand beträgt maximal 200 m.

studio sun plaza
manque de lumière car une seule fenêtre donnant sur le mur du bâtiment en face, d'autres fenêtres donnant sur le couloir manquant d'intimité. l'eau chaude est rationnée par le biais du compresseur dont la mise en route est programmée pour le matin, midi et le soir. en dehors de ses créneaux horaires, vous pouvez vous rincer à l'eau froide.
sinon studio propre, bien entretenu et au calme. les propriétaires sont gentils.

Le bâtiment en face est à 5 mètres du studio et n’empêche en aucune façon la lumière du jour.
Le studio est bien éclairé comme indique la photo. La partie avec peu de lumière du jour est le coin télé ou on n’a pas besoin trop de lumière du jour.
Rationnée est un mot un peu fort pour le programme du compresseur qui est active pendant 10 heures par jour et convient a la majorité de nos clients. Rincer avec de l’eau froide est tout a fait normal dans les tropiques. Quand vous sortez de la mer on a fait provision de douche à l’eau froide pour se rincer !
Le studio a été conçu pour les vacanciers qui vont partir a la découverte de l’ile et passer le maximum de leur vacances a l’extérieure car ce n’est pas une résidence permanente. On a la Terrace pour ce qui veut profiter de la lumière du jour.

modern studio and amazing roof terrace view
we enjoyed our holiday at this place, directly to the beach (you only have to cross the street), a modern and clean 1st floor studio with everything you need, we enjoyed this amazing roof terrace view every day; we got helpfull tips for shopping, restaurants, moneychanger, carrental and tours ... hope we´ll be back!

Ideal for sea lovers being a few minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Mauritius .I myself have a daily beach stroll and swim before sunrise. Property is near commercial facilities, public transport, and in a quiet and safe area.
What makes this property unique
The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking and a delight for the eyes! This is indeed a unique facility for sun bathing ,relaxing, have a barbecue, sip a cocktail watching the sunset!
With a superette downstairs, you won't need to carry packs of bottled water on your shoulder for miles in the hot sun!
Buses to Quatre Bornes and Port Louis every 15minutes outside the building.
