Die Unterkunft war komplett ausgestattet und sauber. Die Kochtöpfe,, Pfannen und ein Teil der Küchenausstattung sollte jedoch dringend mal erneuert werden. Auch das Badezimmer und die Zimmerwände hätten eine kleine Auffrischung durchaus nötig. Die Wohnung und die Zimmer bieten genügend Raum für 4 Personen und es gibt einen wunderbaren Balkon zum Relaxen und Essen mit Morgensonne. Gegenüber befindet sich eine Residenz mit Wohnungen für Einheimische, ruhige Nachbarschaft. Das Vogelkonzert am Morgen zum Sonnenaufgang haben wir sehr genossen. Wir fühlten uns 3 Wochen lang sicher und gut untergebracht. Bei Fragen konnten wir direkt im Haus sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Auskunft einholen. Der Swimmingpool wurde regelmässig gereinigt und war gut für die kleine Abkühlung zwischendurch. Flic En Flac ist ein idealer Urlaubsort mit sehr guter Infrastruktur, tollem Strand und einer sehr zentralen Lage zur Erkundung der Insel. Unser Aufenthalt fand im Juli/ August statt, wo eher Nebensaison ist.

Très bon séjour.Pour les repas,allez sur la plage de flic en flac,chez "les saveurs secrètes de doud

Appartement très sympa,quartier calme.Pas de lave vaisselle( évier inox),pas de sèche linge (un étendoir).Dommage,manque d'ustensile et pas trop de vaisselle.Pas de téléphone,obligé de demander au propriétaire pour les appels locaux( réservation d'excursions).Propriétaire agréable,il propose ses services pour les sorties sur l'île d'où il prends une commission ce qui augmente beaucoup le prix des sorties.Conseil: négocier soit même avec les chauffeurs de taxis dans la rue qui sont beaucoup moins chères.Exemple: aéroport 1200 roupies(12,50€)le propriétaire 45€.Prendre taxi,van.Palms,tél:57013818.Très bon prix.

Séjour familial d'une semaine en juillet 2017 dans le logement du dernier étage. Spacieux, 3 grandes terrasses, bon rapport qualité/prix. Accueil efficace et attentionné de notre hôte, également de très bon conseil pour les découvertes alentours. Nareen a fait en sorte que notre séjour se passe au mieux, et il a bien réussi.

Nous avons passer 15 jours à villa kamal et nous avons adorer! Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et toujours disponible si besoin d'un conseil ou autres. Vraiment des gens adorable. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipés, proche de la plage. Bref. A recommander. J'espère que nous retournerons un jours à Villa kammal

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans un des appartements de la villa Kamal et sommes ravis de notre séjour . La villa est très bien située , proche de la mer , des commerces et dans un quartier calme. L'appartement est très agréable à vivre et nous avons bien profité de sa grande terrasse .Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires attentifs et discrets.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le site de flic en flac et la grande et belle plage ombragée!

La villa est superbe, spacieuse, dans une rue calme et proche d'un supermarché, pharmacie et de la plage environ 5 minutes. Elle est propre et bien entretenue. Son petit plus, c'est l’accueil de ses propriétaires qui est appréciable et agréable. Je vous recommande vivement cette location, personnellement, je compte la recommander à mes amis. Magali VEROIX

Très agréable séjour

Nous revenons tout juste d'un séjour (6 jours) à Kammal Villa et nous avons été vraiment très agréablement surpris par l'appartement (spacieux). Il correspondait en tout point à la description mais en mieux encore. Les enfants ont pu également profiter de la piscine (un peu petite mais suffisante pour s'y détendre), la plage et tous les commerces (resto, casino, supermarché,...) sont à 5 mn à pieds. Nous conseillons vivement cette location d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
